I am rejecting this response because: My caller ID and canceled checks prove different It shows multiple phone calls within past two weeks alone However, if I no longer hear from this company, great That's all I ask for.

Dawn our manager spoke with *** *** yesterday 12-18-and we are doing exactly what she ask

*** *** first ordered our product on 01-20-and paid for it , then on 5-24-he ordered again, he called us and said he received another product as well in bags that they said they were us after he received ours, from *** he said they just shipped it. We sent him a label
to send back *** they package in bags , because our product comes in bucketsI believe that's the confusion, his account is still open since May of last year , I will close it out for him

Mr*** re-ordered on 05-12-2016, and set it up on a credit card to be paid with discount on 06-16-, We played the tape for his daughter and it was a perfect confirmation except we do not record when a customer gives the credit card information, for there protection.
We also told her we will refund his card back and they can return the product and he will be placed the do not call list/ do not ship listWe said we can not accept the return from the order back from We refunded his credit card back yesterday which can take up to 10-working days to post back to his account and Mr*** can keep the product and his account is closedWe have been in business for a long time and literally deal with over a thousand people a week, We DO NOT and will never prey on seniors

We received the product back on 12-28-2016, the statement went out 12-27-so they crossed in the mail The account is closed and they have a zero balance ....Thank you

Mrs** *** ordered our product on 12-21-both the powder and the liquid , a 3yr supply of each, she was scheduled to be called on 06-21-We did not make the call , our out post number shows on every call , we do not dial with no caller ID, if the call was made over the week end we
closed Friday at 1pm , and was not opened on Sat. There is another company that calls *** products they always say they are us EPI, if you order it you will see it is not the same product or company, and if you do not they harass you and we get the callI removed Mrs** *** phone number from our records

I am rejecting this response because:This is a flat out lie. I have been tracking the calls that we've received from them, or one of their aliases, and was actually home for five of the calls they made in February 2018. In the call that we received on February 16th, the person who spoke to *** told him they'd "knock $off" for him, which is the same nonsense they've told him each time!!! Either way - if his account is coded as do not call, they need to actually NOT CALL. I am watching closely and if we receive any additional calls, I will be left with no other choice than to contact law enforcement for harassment

The company ( Environmental Safety International,Inc) has agreed to refund my mothers money and postage, and we will return the products. I would ask you to intervene one more time to get the exact address and company name where they want the return to be sent. The company did the right thing. Thank you so much for your assistance

They can return the product and once we get it the account will be cleared and her Mother will put on the DNC/DNS listWe are sorry for any inconvenience

I am rejecting this response because: I didn't receive the product a year before I talked to Joe ***. He never told me to send the rest of the Activator Liquid back
I received the activator Liquid the week of March 19, 2014. I notified him of the septic backing up on the 19th of February. I used the Activator Liquid as directed by Mr*** so there is only a small amount left. I will be glad to return it as soon as the EPI company sends me a postage paid shipping container. The agreement of a full refund for any problems was between Mr*** and myselfSo I guess it means that the company will do what they want as far as the refund that I am requestingI did send him a copy of the invoice that was in the shipment of the Activator Liquid. I will resend it or fax it if necessary

We sent a return label 12-19-, and we cleared her account as well , she can keep the product or return it that will be up to herThe shipp9ing deptmade a mistake and shipped it without being confirmed after she spoke to the salespersonWe are wrong and we do apologize for that

*** *** spoke with *** on 11-16-, he had days to use and try the product and if he decided not to use he can return it and the account would be clearedI left a message for Mr*** and told him we sorry for the mix up and he can keep the product and use it and his account is

We called Mrs*** to play the tape and when she spoke to the salesperson ,she also provided her cell number and her husband confirm the sale as well, she gave us the tracking number and the package was returned to the wrong post office, we went to the Cliffside Park post office cleared her
account and removed her from our calling list
