I am rejecting this response because The company is not being truthful. The company said they do not send return labels. The Better Business and the FCC said I did...

not need to do anything, not even send the product back, and there would be no charge to me.

We received the product back on 09-30-2016 , because of Hurricane Sandy and the local post office closures , it goes to Cliffside Park PO first then to Fairview then to us, his account is cleared and closed .  the refund check was sent today.  Thank you

We mailed the check on 09-14-2016 and it cleared the bank for the $11.30 postage refund check #[redacted], sorry it has taken longer then it should.

Mrs. [redacted]s ordered the product on 04-07-2015 and she is on tape placing the order, however we spoke with her son on 05-01-2015 and he said his mother is elderly, and can not make decisions, so we cleared her account she has a zero balance and we put her on the dnc/dns list and was removed from...

our list.

We emailed a copy of the confirmation tape to [redacted] today, We are sending a return label today so the account can be cleared.

I am rejecting this response because:
After 25 days we still have not received ship back label, also received letter from [redacted]...

[redacted], head of customer relation, dated FEBRUARY 17, 2015, advising that they are in the process of forwarding to National collection agency.That does not match what they are saying happened Jan 2015.This is the second time they have sent product with out permission to Mrs [redacted], last time we were told she was put on dnc list also. They need to stop preying on the elderly. Rrds,[redacted]

The product was ordered on 03-01-2016, like [redacted] said she ordered from us before she knows the policy you change your mind you can return it during the 30 days you have it , we send statements every month , We called her 2 months later then 5 months after that, then on 12-6-2016 9 months...

after the order was placed . They can return the product and once it is received the account will be cleared.

Mr. [redacted] has been a customer since 10-27-2004 , I have put him on our do not call /do not ship list as of 03-02-2016, I closed out his last account , and it has a zero balance. we are sorry for any inconvenience.

[redacted] ordered the product on 03-21-2016, when he was called on 04-24-2016 for payment the special was pay in full and receive a $10.00 discount or we run the monthly payments auto for the same discount and  the last payment instead of being 31.98 it would be 21.98. the total bill was...

159.98 broken into 5 pays,  We ran 1st payment in April 24th 32.00, May 23rd 32.00, June 23rd 32.00, and 07-24-16 32.00 and the last payment was to be done on 08-24-16 for 21.98 instead of 31.98 that's when the discount is applied . We do not give 10.00 off for 1 payment. and every month Mr. [redacted] received a statement showing the payments applied to his account every month since April.

I am rejecting this response because:The merchant made false statements in his response:  I was not told that Dad could have a refund or that he could return the shipment.  As of right now, yesterday's charge is still pending on the credit card account.  I understand that the merchant might not follow up with a bill to the credit card company.  In that case, the pending charge will remain on the account for (as I recall) 10 days and then be removed by the credit card company.Thus, I reject the merchant's response today and cannot possibly accept it until the current pending charge ($149.55) is removed by the bank.I still think Dad should also be reimbursed for the $155 pressured out of him in 2014.I am also still astounded by the volume of "business" the merchant claims to do.  Here are a few easily found references to demonstrate that this business' predatory practices have been the subject of consumer complaints for many years.SEE ALSO[redacted]and  (a slap on the wrist)[redacted]

We called several times to play the tape to no avail and he voice mail is full as well. Mr. [redacted] was told he can return the product and his account would...

[redacted] has been a customer of ours since 2010, this is the 3rd time she has ordered from us. the ordered placed on 03-16-2015for our liquid product [redacted] called on 04-28-2015 and said she never received the product shipped out on 03-16-205 , so we traced it with Fedex and we re-shipped out the...

liquid on 04-28-2015 that's where I guess she is talking about receiving 2 shipments. [redacted] is on tape placing the order on 03-16-2015 , The poa can fax over her paper work at ###-###-#### so she can hear the tape, we do not just ship it to anyone without there consent. We will also do anything the customer wants to resolve this situation as well, like I said before she has been a customer since 2010. they can return the product and we will clear the account .and add [redacted] to the dns/dns list ....

The guarantee stipulates that you mail in a copy of your pump-out and return the unused portion to the company and we refund your postage and your purchase price of the product, but since you used all of the product we will refund your purchase price today, it will mailed out 05-01-2015.

They were told they can return the product , [redacted] called and said she never ordered anything and a box showed up at her door step, all we wanted to do is play the tape because a person can lose there job if shipped without being confirmed . [redacted] refused to listen to it and hung up....

We will up load the confirmation to the Revdex.com so you can here exactly what transpired. We will send a label to return as well....We sell our product coast to coast going on 18 years now our product works.

They ordered the product over a year ago, they are a re-ordering customer as well, we refund the purchase price of the product it is sent in writing and is the first thing seen when they open the box. they mailed in a copy of the pump-out on 3-15-2015 and have to return the unused portion of the...
