We spoke with Mr*** yesterday his payment was not do until 08-08-gave him a twenty dollar discount for his bill

*** *** ordered our product 06-25-one time that's it 2yr activator and her account has been closed since 4-25-2014we are not caliing her cause we do not block our number

*** *** has been a re-ordering customer for years, she received the liquid 03-22-paid for it and the powder on 09-18-2017, the powder was not paid for, We said to who ever called yesterday that we will clear the powder account from Septand you can keep it at no
charge then remove her from our call listWe put her on the *DNC/DNS list. We explained the return policy that she has the liquid for over months and can not be returnedThe person who called us and spoke with people yesterday lambaste us because she did not like our policy and said she going file a complaint with Revdex.com *Do not call/do not ship list

When they called on 05-24-we explained to the customer they can return it and the company would refund the postage, We explained we do not like send labels or call tags because we do not get our product back people fill the box with rocks , old shoes..etcWe did not hear from *** *** until
days after the first callthey can return the product , the account we be cleared and we put them on the DNC/DNS list

We sold Mr*** in the , and we call 6-8 months to see if the customer wants to re-orderWe did not sell him anything 2016, could be another companyThey can return the product to us and we will clear his account, and we already put him on the do not ship, do not call list and
we will not contact him again

We tried calling several times, could not leave a voice message, We are here from 8am to 10pm all week except Friday 8am-2pm. MsDieter just has to return it to the address on the box once we receive it her account will be cleared. Thank youESI

I spoke with Mr*** yesterday , played him the confirmation tape, he told me he knew he ordered it, and that his daughter filed the complaint to the Revdex.com on his behalf because of what she read on the internet I told him we are going on years of business and most of the blogs and complaints
are done by our competitors He told me he was having good success with our products, I told him I will clear his account to zero, continue using them and if you wants to order again call usI also removed his phone number as wellWe deal with to thousand people per year we have a B rating with Revdex.com, We care about all our customers and do our best to resolve it in the best interest for them

D*** *** order the product on 01-27-for payment was made of $on 03-09-2016, our records show no other payment was made , if they had the tank pumped out mail in a copy of the pump out , return the product and we will refund the money , we are sorry the product did not
work for you, but it does take a little longer to work it takes about days to get into the entire system

This account has been closed since 10-05-2016, has a zero balance and they were removed from our listWe sent a statement on the same day

The pattern is established by the post office , When we deliver a package UPS and the customer receives it , they can not go back to the post office and put refused or return to sender , if you went back to UPS we will receive it because we contract with them not the post officeThe
customer has no receipt and either does the post office to track because they did not pay the postage to return it, then it goes to lost package or disposed ofWe have to clear the account so Mr*** has a zero balance

We received the package back today 03-09-2015, the account is closed and she has a zero balance , and was put on our DNC/DNSlistwe mailed out a zero balance statement

*** *** ordered the product on 12-11-and is recorded on tape , but we did receive the product back on 02-11-2015so her account is closed and has zero balance

please provide us with the recent transaction from your credit card statements to help resolve this.....the payments that are being processed Thank you

[redacted] purchased this over the internet at our website , and the terms and conditions are stated,  if you return the product within 30 days we will refund your money..... Thank you....

[redacted] has been a customer of ours since 1999, the last time she ordered from us was was 02-25-2015, this is for the activator 2000 powder and the prior order was 04-19-2012. the account from 02-25-2015 is still open and no payments weremade. We will clear her current account and put her on do...

not call and do not ship list.

The product is fully guaranteed, and it was ordered by [redacted], so if their system is pumped out, mail in a copy of the pump out send back the unused portion of the product and they will be refunded in full . We  document every call, the was no calls ever made about the product not working, no name was ever given who she spoke with until she spoke with [redacted]. The call to [redacted] was about using her card without her permission , [redacted] offered to refund the payment , she said no going to the Revdex.com.
