Review: The company said I can returned the Activator powder to them,if we did not like it. The company call today and ask me how I am going to pay for the stuff. I told them I am sending it back the lady on the phone told me I could not send it back. I told her someone was going to call me and talk to me about it. She said they call all weekend I told her we got no messages , she got quite and it not say anything , but she said I could not send it back. I had to paid the bill. They told me after 30 days someone will call me and it been more then 30 days. I never open the stuff, my husband did some research on it and did not like it. I am sending the stuff back.Desired Settlement: Taking the stuff back.

Review: I agreed to have a look at their product with the intent of asking our son if he was interested in this product., which I thought he might.

The man I spoke with, [redacted], was very pleasant and the product sounded worthwhile looking into.

I had asked the co. to provide me with information on the product and they did not give me any information. they said there was product information in the package.

I received the product, did not open it because I had to go out of the country for a couple of weeks. And so I did not have the opportunity to check with my son until I got back. Upon checking online and seeing many upset and dissatisfied customers I decided not to take a chance and to return the product. I called to get the return process information and was told I could not return the product because I had already started to pay on the product. They also said I should have returned the product within 30 days. They told me I could try the product for 30 days and if I found it did not work, I could get a refund. I never tried the stuff and the box is unopened , and therefore should be able to be returned and refunded.

Customer service was rude, intimidating and uncooperative. They did not want to hear my explanation and kept telling me I could not return the product. I then told them that I would call the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: accept my unopened product when I return it to them and give me a refund for the first payment of $32.00.

Review: my son a while back purchased this stuff for my septic tank. Well since he passed away in 2012 my daughter called enviormental safety and cancel the shipment (she power of attorney) due to us not need it as often because I still had stuff to clean the septic tank. Well they never cancelled it and they still charge my credit card (one was a month ago and now recently) of about 120.00 my daughter called them and as infuriated as she was she told them to not charge the card refund me the money back onto the card and totally delete my profile.She also stated that if they kept charging me she would take legal action. And everytime they send me something I refuse and still get charged They have charged me three times since being called to cancelled and now my granddaughter has taken legal action against them to stop the charge on my card by having a lawyer send them a cease and desist letter from a law firm. I want my money back and as well my information totally removed their callin list and mailing list.Desired Settlement: I want a refund on my card for the last three times they have charged me because everytime they charged me I call to cancel and even refuse shipment but yet still get charge I want a refund and my information totally remove from the contact list I don't want anything mailed to me or no one from the company call me

I was told when purchased that after that trial, I could return the product with no obligation to pay anything. At that time, I attempted to find out how to do so. I haven't paid anything, but they continue to call my house weekly to demand payment, and I continue to ask how to return the product, but they refuse to provide that information. Review: Received a high pressure phone call from the above phone number on 10.10.2013 at about 9PM with the intention of talking me 'into' purchasing his product. I purchased it last year and do not want to repeat a purchase this year. When attempting to refuse he continued repeating his sales pitch, refusing to hear me. When I DID get his attention he was rude and dismissive of my comments. When I told him I had actually misplaced the product from last year and could find it I wanted to use he said that I couldn't find it (which was a strange thing to say) and that I had told him the same thing last year (I didn't owe him an explanation), as though my input in the conversation was a lie. When I said I didn't want a new order, even though it was at 50% discount he promptly hung up.

Please consider this my complaint and additionally I would like to know if his product is actually any good at all.

Review: Over the past several years we have been satisfied with the quality of this company's product. However, their sales demeanor and tactics are becoming quite hostile and pressuring. When speaking with them over the phone, they are VERY PRESSURING and will not take "NO" for an answer. We have tried to explain to them that financially we are not able to afford their product right now. They continue to pressure us to buy and recently took an order from our son "only sixteen years old". When we called to explain to them that neither (my husband or I) approved the order, they state that that doesn't matter. The order was approved and that is that! We will discourage anyone to order from this company in the future and will not do so ourselves any more. :(Desired Settlement: We would like to return the product to the company unopened and the bill that was sent for $169.98 to be removed. Review: A very sweet lady called on the phone (I have a do not solicit on my phone number) telling me her call was to give me a chance to try Activator 2000, her company's product free for 30 days. No credit card information would even be asked for. I asked, just to be sure if this was a free 30 day trial and if I wanted more of the product I could order it. She told me that was correct and that the information for ordering additional product would be in the box. Some time later a medium sized, plain box from "EPI" arrived. I opened the box not thinking it would be a big supply of Activator 2000 and not knowing what EPI stood for. I got a phone call from EPI, I tried to explain what happened. The person started shouting at me and telling me that I was lying. I hung up in the middle of her verbal abuse. She called back and shouted that I hung up on her. I told her that I did hang up on her and that I would be happy to talk to her manager. She hung up on me. I followed up with a letter telling EPI that I did not ask for $159 of product to be shipped to my home and that I would be happy to return it to them upon receipt of a postage paid label. I have since received a letter stating, "We are in the process of forwarding a delinquency notice to a NATIONAL COLLECTION AGENCY to pursue your debt to EPI CORPORATION." I phoned, asking to speak to the person who sent the letter. He, George R[redacted], was not available. The person who I spoke to stated that I didn't need to speak to him that she was in Customer Relations. I explained the situation to her and she replied that they were pulling up their voice recording of my order to prove that I ordered $159 of product. I feel this is a scam and I would like to have no further contact with EPI. If the box had said, "Activator 2000" I would have written return to sender and been done with it. I don't feel I should have to pay to return a product I did not "Order". I accepted an offer of a free 30 day trial. Please help.Desired Settlement: Return Shipping Label and no further contact.

Review: I am filing this complaint on behalf of [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] is a mentally incapacitated person with severe Alzheimer's disease. This company contacted her phone number and she managed to answer the phone. It is very obvious when speaking with Mrs. [redacted] that she is mentally incompetent to conduct legal business. This company proceeded to send a product to her that she had no way of comprehending what was being done. They are now billing her, refusing to pick up their product and threatening to send it to a collection. There are many complaints online against this company for preying on individuals. In this particular instance they preyed on a mentally incompetent nearly 80 woman with severe evident Alzheimer's with totally unethical practices. They sent the product, refuse to discuss the issue with her POA and refuse to clear the account or pick up their product. She is basically on her death bed and doesn't know what day year or even location she is most of the time. We have tried on 3 occasion to get this company to pick up their product and leave this poor woman alone and they refuse to. I will also be filing a complaint with the [redacted] Attorney General under elder abuse, preying on the elderly and unethical sales tactics used to take advantage of elderly and/or mental incapacitated individuals.Desired Settlement: It is our request that they have the product picked up for return to them, clear Ms. [redacted]'s account, and have no further contact with her. She should not be responsible for paying to return a product they should never have sent.

Review: My mother ([redacted]) has early stage of dementia for the last 3 yrs. I do have a current POA for my mother. On 6/12/13, I spoke with [redacted] about my mother account & I ask him what is this product & how can this be cancelled. He said he could take the request over the phone. I have copies of her statement from Environmental Products Intl. Inc. stating the sale date was 12/18/12 & ship date was 12/19/12 for a 4 yr. supply is $249.90. A $29.91 was given to her as a discount. At the bottom of the statement it has 6 payment voucher (5 of $38.17 & 1 of $38.14) which is a total of $228.99. The last stmt. I have is date 6/12/12 shows she had paid $80.57 so far which she owes $169.33. My mother had overdrawn her bk. acct. last yr. & I had to step in & get a POA. Their was a ck. for $650.00 payable to ESII. The lady at the bk. ([redacted]) called ESII on 7/5/13 & told the person that my mother was in the bk. & she would like to cancel this acct. which they told her ok. How could a 4 yr. order for $249.90 ended up being over $650.00? They refuse to cancelled the order and over charging her. I have 4 stmts. & nothing says late charges on it. When I visited my mother last wk. & she has a collection letter from [redacted]. located in Cliffside Park, NJ of $179.00 which is more money. The 4 yr. supply should last up or close to December of this year. On their envelope it has Environmental Safety Intl. & on their invoice it has Environmental Product International, Inc.. My name is [redacted] ([redacted] daughter) & my phone ####-###-#### & my email address is [redacted].Please help us.Desired Settlement: For Environmental Safety Intl. Inc. or Environmental Product Intl. Inc. to cancelled her from their mailing list. They have over charged her & to wipe out this bill of $179.00.

Review: I got a call from this company telling me that it would solve my septic problem. I was not given all the details necessary. I was told that there was a 100% money back guarantee if I was not satisfied. Im legally blind and feel that the details surrounding the guarantee were held back and should have been better explained. I received a call at the end of the year after I got the product in November that my first payment was due. I explained my disdain for the lack of success I had with their product at that time. Nothing came of it. I got another call about my payment an each time, I stated that I was not happy and wished to utilize my guarantee. Now, I am getting threatening collection letters. I just want them to leave me alone. I wound up having to pump my septic tank and replace a section of field line pipe. This product was useless and fraudulent.Desired Settlement: I do not wish to pay for a product that clearly did not work in the least bit. Especially if it comes guaranteed. Review: I had purchased the activator product for septic care and was unable to return it. we paid every month and they had debited the account for many months longer then was required to pay the original billing fee. they then puxhed more product on me and when I wanted to return, they do not send prepaid labels. I cannot take time to go to postal with my 9 children to buy postage to return and pay tracking service. the product does not even work as they describe and market it to do. I have been harrassed by the company calling my home and my cellphone. Review: I have purchased product from this company in the past, mostly to get them to stop calling. They started calling again in May with a different product. I told the caller I was not interested. He said he was sending it out and I could try a bottle for free and if I didn't want it I could return the other bottle. He also told me his shipping department would call to confirm delivery. I never talked to the shipping department or confirmed delivery but they sent it anyway. I called the company on June 23rd and asked for a prepaid label to return the product. I was told I could not return the product because 30 days had passed. I can't find anywhere in the box where it says it must be returned in 30 days. The woman on the phone insisted I could not return it and must pay for it. She did offer to set up a payment plan but I told her I did not want it and would like to return it. She insisted it could not be returned since 30 days had passed. We argued back and forth and then she hung up on me. On June 24th another woman from the company called and told me my payment was due and she could offer me a discount. I again stated I did not want the product and would like to return it. She also said I could not return it due to 30 days passing by. I told her I couldn't find anywhere where it stated a 30 day return time limit. She said it was company policy. I told her I was not made aware of this policy. She said I had to pay for it or be turned in for collection. She also hung up but at least told me to have a nice day. I don't know what to do. I may just ship it back to them myself and pay the shipping on it. Review: The company sent me a product that I did not order. It was sent with a bill. They are now trying to force me to pay.

About 2 years ago I purchased one product from them, which I later found out that I could not use. Since then, they have been calling me regularly trying to sell me more. I explained in detail that I cannot use their product and request they stop calling me. For the last 2 years they have been calling my house and I continued to tell them to stop.

Recently a package showed up from the company. As soon as I saw the packaging and return address, I told my wife to leave it alone and when the company calls, tell them to come get it. Its still sitting outside.

I have received more than 3 notices and 3 phone calls from the company since the delivery, each one telling me that they are going to report me to collection agency. They said they have recordings of the transaction and will be checking that for verification. I told them I want to hear it too because I know I didn't order anything and have continuously requested that they stop contacting me. Since the first threat I have received 2 notices and 2 more phone calls, each repeating the same threats.Desired Settlement: Clean up their act and stop calling me. Also would like them to stop this type of bully-like selling techniques. Who knows who they have successfully taken advantage of.

He said he could send the product if my husband did not want it I could call back and ship it back to them. When I got the product in the mail tried several times to call the company leaving messages for them to call me back with address to ship product back. No one returned my call. When I got a bill I called again telling the man I did not want the product and wanted to send it back he keep yelling at me that I could not return the product. Today a lady called from the company telling me that I could return the product with in 30 days told her that I called for a return address the day I got the product with not return call. Review: Environmental safety international sold their product to my grandmother of whom I am her caretaker and power of attorney. She does not make her own financial decisions, but this did not stop them from signing her up, and they did not care when contacted about this master. I'm still getting bills in the mail for their little buckets of sawdust they pass off as septic tank treatment. Please stop this insanity, this is predatory business practices targeting the elderly.Desired Settlement: Drop the bogus bill and stop contacting me or my grandmother.

The account is from 09-04-2012, 3 1/2 years ago...nobody from our office calls at all, except they get a statement in the mail because this account is still open. Ada Roger has been a customer since 04-25-2006, every account paid but this one. I will close it out, send a zero balance statement and she already has been on our do not call / do not ship list since 2012.

Review: Environmental Safety International, Inc. contacted me and sent septic tank product to me after I declined the services. They continued to badger me and confuse me with sales tactics. I have returned the product and the company continues to contact me regarding collections for a product I do not have. I feel like I have been the victim of potential Identity theft and fraud. The company continues to send me collection notices and will not stop. I have the tracking numbers and sent the product back through the [redacted], certified return receipt. The company signed for the package and physically accepted the return.Desired Settlement: This product was returned un-opened, unused and in the same condition it was received in. I did not want this product and want these people to acknowledge they received the returned product and leave me alone...DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN.

Mr. [redacted] received one payment statement in the mail, that was mailed on 10-25-2014, and at the same time we received his return of the product from him on 10-27-2014...nobody called him for collections or payments cause his payment was not even due yet....he has a zero balance and his account is closed since 10-27-2014...his name was also removed from our records by his request.
