Upon signing up for a membership I also signed up for a trial of personal training sessions I was told I could use the sessions and as long as I cancelled within a certain time frame my money would be refunded I cancelled within that time frame and my money has not been refunded

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***,
and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

I cannot emphasize enough how poor my experience has been with EOS fitness and their billing/management company, ABC FinancialI cannot fault them, and only myself, for agreeing to their terms, but unless you are prepared to commit to paying your monthly fee, for the rest of your life, you will be subjected to cancellation charges, which will also extend your billing charges, and there is zero way to escape them unless you are filing bankruptcy
The staff is underpaid and your experiences will varyWhile some, typically younger and enthusiastic, may be helpful and make for some positive impressions, the older and experienced staff all seem to be disgruntled and unwilling to helpIt's a typical gym, with typical equipment, and a revolving door for personal trainers, do not get too attached to any one member as they will be swapped out on you on a bi-weekly basis
Be very wary of joining this gymUnethical, unrealistic, and unimaginably difficult to deal with

I've been trying to cancel my personal training membership because of a move for over months now I'm also well over the month period of cancellation I've sent a certified letter, I've gone in to cancel, and yet my membership has still not been canceled and I continue to get charged When I went in to speak with a manager for cancellation, staff would not let me see a manager for cancellation They repeatedly took my contact info because the manager was not there, never followed up, and for some reason never had a manager there I went times at various times of day/weekdays before a manager was finally available
Once I met with the manager, he told me it was canceled; yet I continue to get charged When asked repeatedly for a copy of a receipt, he denied that one existed and refused to provide one stating that the cancellation was noted and I would stop being charged Naively, I guess I believed him because I didn't think that a business would have people lie straig

I had membership with eos and auto payment they always confused my acct with my sisters and sometimes they will tell me my payment was never made!I either called manager or give them a visit! And just recently I checked my credit check and I see that eos fitness collection of I never received anything from them
