I signed up for a personal trainer in April and after back issues I got a doctors note that I am not able to continue personal training and cancelled my personal training on 5/I gave the personal trainer manager Jen my doctor's note and she advised that it would be cancelledI was advised only more payment of $would be deducted on 6/Since then payments of $each were deducted on 6/8, 6/22, 7/& 7/I have called times a week since this happened and talked to the manager Sebastian he keeps telling me that A refund was to be sent out on 7/for Still not refundHe says he will call me back I get no return callsI am frustrated and I want my money backThis Gym is so unprofessional

I've been a member of this gym for almost a year and I went to cancel my gym membership about months ago due to outside circumstances and I spoke with a representative from this gym and they told me no problem, we'll cancel it for you it'll take daysI called back another time to double check that it was canceled and they said yes, it is pending to be canceledWell I goto look at my account this morning and my account is negative $because they charged me for the next months without my knowledge and after I already went and canceled the membershipI called the company and told them my dilemma and there was absolutely nothing they could do to assist me with this issue because I had already been chargedIm absolutely enraged with how inconsiderate they were to assist me with this problem that they messed up onThey couldn't even give me a partial refund or anything to compensate for the mess up on their behalf

I cancelled my membership in December due to movingI continued to receive bills for a few months afterwardI called each time I received an email notification and was assured each time that it was taken care ofI finally spoke to a manager in the middle of this year who was very helpful and assured me that everything was cleared from the system and that I owed nothingHowever, my credit report is needed W reflecting that $was sent to Collections
