There was no resolution offered in a response provided by EOS on 10/20/2015 - over 5 months after the initial complaint was filed.  They did not address the fact that I, in good faith, attempted to resolve this issue and got no assistance from anyone within their organization about this matter.  I do not consider this dispute resolved as this company failed to provide me with services that I paid for despite not receiving services.

Hello, For the personal training - We refunded $215 on 8/17/15 and $215 on 1/27/16.  We have not refunded the down payment of $115 as 2 sessions were used.For the membership - we received a call in January to cancel, but we are going to go ahead and refund $99.80 for your membership. EOS Fitness
