Grand Opening of our facility on January 16th, we show that you had visited many of our other facilities across the Valley. As a convenience and at no charge to you, as we did not start billing our members until we opened. To reiterate - you had worked out at EOS Fitness locations for 6 months at zero charge.On February 16th, 2017, our annual rate guarantee fee of $39.99 as outlined in the agreement was assessed. you had made contact with us on February 21st, that you were not advised of the Annual Rate Guarantee fee upon enrollment, and did not believe it was fair that you were assessed it until you had ample time to try out the facility.  We agreed with that we would refund the $39.99 fee and reassess it on your April 16th scheduled membership dues payment, advising you to submit your 30 days cancel notice prior to the March 16th payment if you did not wish to continue, and did not want to be liable for the $39.99 charge.  On April 21st, 2017, you came into the facility asking for a refund for the $39.99.  We declined to refund, and reminded you of our prior accommodation which gave ample time to continue trying the facility without being obligated to the fee until a subsequent, agreed upon date.  You had acknowledged that he had agreed to the arrangement, but still insisted on a refund. At this point, we do not feel that a refund is owed. If I could give this place a ZER0 I would!! First time I came in I wanted to try out the gym to see where it was and the sneaky guy who was touring me around the gym tried to sign me up.. ITS MY FIRST TIME THERE, WHY WOULD I SIGN UP? Soon after I signed up for a free training session to see if I would like the gym with Zach and as we were training he was looking around at women's butts and licking his lips and acting as if he was a God or something.. Smh .. Ugh, I never had his full attention.. I came for a training session, not to be ignored! After half-[redacted] training me he TOO tried to sign me up for real sessions and I REGRETFULLY did. Anyway, the lowest package was like 300 and it was for a couple weeks I believe. When I went to the training the woman took me in and AGAIN she HALF-ASSED her session and yelled at me the entire time. Ignoring my concerns and looking around bored (trying to get over this "stupid" session). She then told me to hop on the stair machine (She was getting ready for a new client "victim" and didn't have time for me anymore) and stay on for 30 minutes.. Which I did and then she told me good job and told me to go home (she was in the middle of her next training session.. Half-assing as usual). Zach (the guy who signed me up) promised he would and she would give me a meal plan ALL OF WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. $30 for 30 minutes of fkery, I THINK NOT! I reviewed the contract and THANK GOD it was within the 3-day cancellation period.. Long story short, I got all my money back!! No way I was paying for that bt! Main goal of this was to tell you DON'T SIGN UP FOR THIS bt MONEY HUNGRY NON-QUALITY GYM AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, DON'T SIGN UP FOR ANY SERVICES ESPECIALLY TRAINING! IF YOU DID YOU CAN CANCEL JUST READ THE FINE PRINT. I DID AND I GOT ALL MY MONEY BACK. YOU ALL ARE BETTER THAN THIS.BEWARE!

This company is downright abusive and I am intending to go to the [redacted] also. They are continuing to present to my account and I am being assessed $35.00 each time. I am unable to pay my utility bill today because if thiscas well as my auto insurance. There are in excess of $245 in fees.
