EOS charged my bank account immediately after I got off the phone with them trying (again) to cancel my membership.  As I mentioned before, they charged 19.95 and then an extra 25.00 right after I got off the phone with the rep on April 28th.  They HAVE NOT waived anything!  That is garbage!  And a lie!
