Excalibur is supposed to be our moving coordinator but they refuse to answer their phone or emails, and our move is going very poorly as a result Excalibur is a moving broker who chose Spirit Van Lines to move our items, which is a company that appears to have lost its license to do any moving of household goods, and has an F rating with the Revdex.com as well as Excalibur Spirit Van Lines is trying to breach the contract Excalibur wrote up for us and neither Spirit nor Excalibur will call me or email me back Yesterday I called Excalibur and waited on hold minutes before I gave up, then I called back and was put on hold immediately by a live person and after waiting on hold for minutes they hung up on me I emailed them several times and used their online chat feature to try to get a direct warm transfer on the phone but they just put me on hold again and will not speak to me

Excalibur Moving Group represented themselves as THE movers when really they are a brokerTheir website mentions nothing of being a brokerThey contracted out to another company to complete our move and did not let us know they were a broker until after they collected our moneyNow they are doing nothing to resolve the issue of us not having weight tickets Product_Or_Service: Interstate move
