We Hired this moving broker and after unpacking and inventorying our belongings we found over $in damage and lost propertyAfter contacting Excalibur Moving Group they said they only pay cents on the pound and said they take no responsibility in the moving company they hire and to file a claim against Spirit Van LinesThe entire move was a horrible experience from them falsifying the weight from the front steers not entirely on the weight scale in which was verified from Cats SaleThe weight from empty to loaded did not add up they said and they verified both scales one in Ohio and the other one in Pennsylvania were just calibratedWhen I contacted the moving company about our concerns, they told us it would cost another $to reweigh the load for their inconvenienceI was also threatened with they could not guarantee there would not be any damages to our belongings and they would take no responsibility for any damages

I booked my move through Excalibur Moving Group after having gotten a number of quotes and having done my researchTheir reviews looked good and they seemed to be competent, that all changed as soon as I paid my depositDuring my conversation with one of their Sales Reps, I specifically asked about a "Shuttle" fee and whether they expected my move to require thisI was assured that after the Sales Rep had looked at the schematics of the building on Google Maps that this would not be necessaryMind you, as listed in the contract, using a "Shuttle" service would require an additional cost of $which is why I inquiredAfter having been assured that this "Shuttle" fee would not apply I went forward with booking my move

They are a scam.They extort money once they have your belongings? they extort money to complete deliveryA pillageYour belongingsAnd should be held responsible and charged as suchI will use this every authority to my disposal to see that just that happens

I hired this company to help me move They have yet to deliver my furniture I call and each day they tell me there is a delay I am living at my new address and have no items Their customer service could care less They have my items and say they are not contractually obligated to deliver them for days I have researched and found that this company has a plethora of bad reviews from people who have had nightmare experiences with them I am hoping that I will not experience what others have, but so far their service is following the same pattern I really need my items to be delivered

I contacted ***, relocation specialist, at Excalibur Moving Group on March 1st for an estimate to move from Pompano Beach, FL to Midland, TX to relocating for work, and scheduled to pick up 3/11-3/I was quoted $after going through my inventoryHe said he over estimated it to allow room for extra things I may have forgot and when they weight the truck any underage would be paid back to meI paid the $deposit via debit cardA week later I received a call from Walt White, dispatch manager, wanting to confirm my inventoryWe went over it again and he said since I added items, it bought my new estimate to $and needed to pay another $deposit, which I didI was told I would be contacted to confirm the pickup date which would the 3/or 3/They called me Friday 3/at 1:30pm to inform me that my pick up was confirmed for Sunday Morning and someone would call me Saturday 3/to confirm the time for

Excalibur is supposed to be our moving coordinator but they refuse to answer their phone or emails, and our move is going very poorly as a result
Excalibur is a moving broker who chose Spirit Van Lines to move our items, which is a company that appears to have lost its license to do any moving of household goods, and has an F rating with the Revdex.com as well as Excalibur Spirit Van Lines is trying to breach the contract Excalibur wrote up for us and neither Spirit nor Excalibur will call me or email me back
Yesterday I called Excalibur and waited on hold minutes before I gave up, then I called back and was put on hold immediately by a live person and after waiting on hold for minutes they hung up on me I emailed them several times and used their online chat feature to try to get a direct warm transfer on the phone but they just put me on hold again and will not speak to me

This company lied to us about the service they would provideIn addition, I never received the legal docs pertaining to these transactions

Excalibur did not adhere to their contractual agreement and did not follow FMCA for brokering to moving companies as well as several other issues

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! If you want to have your kids sleep on the floor until they decide to get your furniture to you- this is the company for you! If you want to HELP move your own furniture (that's right, the whole reason you hired them!) then this is the company for you! Hiding behind fine print, horrible customer service, and lies is what this company does bestSave yourself the money and stress - don't go with Excalibur! *** ***, & *** could sell ice to an Eskimo- they aren't the ones sleeping on the floor!

Excalibur Moving Group violated their contract by hiring a moving company that was not authorized by the FMCSAThey claim they used a spirit van lines out of Illinois with an active DOT number but when I called that company they had no record of my name or moveThe moving company who handled my moved was based in Norcross GeorgiaI have notified the Illinois office of this fraud
