They scam you for your money by giving you one price and then ask for anotherThey also didn't move all my things

Lack of Customer Service (currently moving from IL to FL)

A deposit of $by credit card was paid to Excalibur Moving Group on Monday May 7, for their moving service, job number CXXXXXXXThe customer rep was *** ***On Wednesday May 9, I contacted *** *** to cancel the moving serviceAt that time I was told that the refund of my deposit would be scheduled for payment on Friday May 11, because that was the day refunds were processedNo credit for refund appeared on my credit Friday May 11, I called *** *** and *** manager *** *** repeatedly the following Monday, May 14, 2018, and finally was told by *** *** that the refund would be processed by the end of current day, Monday, or the next day TuesdayStill no refund

Excalibur Moving Group made my move very simple and affordableI was surprised at how quickly they were able to move my things across the countryIt was much faster than I thought it would be, and they were very efficientTheir customer service was very friendly and professional from the beginning, and they kept me updated throughout the move
As most people are, I was worried about the safety of my possessions at first, but they did a great job, and everything arrived safely without any issuesSince there were no problems in this area, I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking to avoid doing the hard work of moving themselves
