Failure to do as stated in contract professionalism
Booked movers listed items they were suppose to pack never did so we did then showed up to small of truck not once but twice this started on Monday then rescheduled for Wednesday kept giving us different times they would be there never showed at we had to leave Kentucky that night to be in Maryland next day! They were now suppose to come between 8-am never showed till 11! Then unloaded someone's belongings in my drive way for hours and left it there while loading ours we were told we would have our belongings by noon on Friday I am submitting this on Friday @3:they refuse to answer us and when we got a answer from the driver he stated now pm we were told it would be direct delivery that isn't possible because someone else belongs are on the truck the put a hole in the wall at the house they picked up from and broke the ceiling fan and the truck has no ramp so they almost dropped a Refrigerator which is all on camera be

This move has been nothing but a headache, pure stress and just traumatizing for me to the point I should have just sold everything and bought it when I movedI am a single mom of an infant and this company did there best to sweet talk me into going with there company
Never informing me that other companies would be picking up/dropping offThey advised they would do it and it would be smooth and a stress free move Lies
My items were picked up on 5/2/I was told they would be there between 9-they never showed up till almost very unprofessional movers showed up to my house and while loading my things where not careful by any meansScratched my floors, thought it was an inconvenience to them when I asked them to take there trash with them and rushed me thru signing documented and quickly explaining the documents (after which I found out what was explained what's not what I was signing at all.)
After my items were loaded I was at that time told it could worst case take 1-days to get my itemsAFTER MY ITEMS WERE LOADED AND PAID I WAS TOLD THIS!
Well...fast forward to today 5/19/ I still have no belongingsI call every day for an ETA and every day I have been told there is no Eta At this timeI also asked for a weight ticket and found out they didn't weigh my truckThey said it takes to long andSometimes is out of the way for moversNot my problemThey rudely stated 'we can weight your truck but you will pay anything it weighs over' I responded with no I will not since I was told I would never pay what was over my contract that that price was over weight and I would be refunded what it was over but I would never pay more
I've been speaking to *** and *** and a very rude girl who I can never get her nameIm so beyond mad and want my belongingsPreferably undamaged but with the way things have gone im not hopefulSave yourself and find a new moving company

The customer service cannot give me a reason for my delay of delivery, and they also hang up my phone call twice!
The company pushes back my delivery date, I want to call them to ask about the specific reason that they push back the delivery, but they just hang up my phone call twiceI called twice, and they hanged up twiceHow bad attitude they areI know it must be someone pick up the phone and hanged up right after that without saying a wordI spend a lot of time waiting on the call line, and they just hang up my call???? This situation also happened once last week, I thought it might be a coincidence, but if it happens twice for my two consecutive calls, it must be on purposeTheir refusal to answering the phone and delay of my delivery date makes me suspect that if there is something wrong with my items stored in their storage

Moving company lied, overcharged, damaged and lost belongs, and is now not responding to a damage claim

Per our conversation, there were several serious issues with my move
A: TOTAL FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICE
Many of my belongings were destroyed
- The dollhouse that my grandfather made for me by hand was destroyedThis is an irreplaceable heirloom When I commented that this was not OK, I was told that I would have had to pay $60+ dollars for a box for this item if I didn't want it destroyed
- All units with wheels were broken and need to be replacedWhen I commented on this to the movers I was told that "people don't understand that these things are in a truck going over mountains They get shaken up a lot." This is not my first cross-country move, none of my items were broken on my previous move (with Mayflower, who did an excellent job)It is NOT common practice

When booking through this broker I discussed with them the needs of my moveI informed them of the absolute deadline that I would need to be out of my old apartmentHe then told me that they would set a piwindow for my belongings that would include the final move out dateI agreedTwo days before the move I received an update call stating that everything was on time at ready to goOn the day of my move the movers called and stated they were backed up on another moveI informed them that my lease was up and this move had been arranged over a month earlierThey stated there was nothing they could doThey never showed up but still charged me over dollars in feesI continuously tried to call a supervisor or some representative of the companyNo one would answerThey took my money then ignored my callsI submitted a dispute with my bankHowever, Excalibur furnished a copy of a cancellation policyI never canceledExcalibur did not show up!
