Experian Algorithms are incorrect
I have a long credit history going back over 20 years. My credit rating today keeps jumping up and down each month when none of the triggers that are supposed to affect a persons credit score have been hit. My debt hasn’t increased, payments on time, each month lowering total debt by timely meeting payments, but my credit score yo-yos up and down by 25 points. I’ve submitted disputes to Experian only to receive non-informational responses. Experian is terrible and shouldn’t be allowed to determine a person’s credit worthiness

If I sign up for a $credit score check, and then I do nothing, I will continually be charged I believe a more transparent way of offering a continual monthly membership is to ASK the customer if they want monthly rebills - do NOT assume that they "automatically accept" monthly rebills, just because they purchased the $credit check Does this sound like a better approach to customer service to your business?
