Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I understand Experian does not wish to delete my credit records in order to comply with the law however, this should not prevent freecreditreport.com from disabling and/or deleting my accountThe two entities are separate by their own admission and certainly it is technically possible for a company to delete or disable online access to an inactive subscriberThe issue I have is that a website owned by the credit agency, not the agency themselves, should respect my wish to data privacy and security by disabling access to my accountBy continuing to allow access to my personal and sensitive data through a website that I no longer am a subscriber they are subjecting me to undue risk of online identity theft Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedHowever I never told this company that I thought someone other than them submitted the charges and inputted information in their system wrongI do not believe it was an outside or third partyThere are plenty of reviews online for the very same thingThis morning I received an email from [redacted] stating the same thing that is in the response the company sent to Revdex.comSo that would be different entities if you will under one AD using what I would call the bait and switchThis was all done under ExperianI signed up for their reportInstead from what I am gathering it signs you up for different things charges you differently under each name, however I was only given one member numberSo in canceling the account within the trial period really doesn't matter because they charge you under one of the other names and say you didn't cancel that accountHow could you when only given one member numberOne would imagine that cancels everything just like when you startedThe only thing visibly seen on the AD I used was for the credit report from Experian and Credit tracking I would ask that the Revdex.com take action so no one else beyond the many already affected by these practices make companies change these tactics Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease respond in this space ONLY] Regards, [redacted] There's just one problem with this this narrative that was put out I never placed the order Not even for a trial membership I have capital one and can look at my credit for free any time I please The rep at the credit company assured me that the account was never used, and I wasn't aware of the account until I called my card company and asked what that charge was at the time thinking it was a one time charge, that when I was informed it was being billed monthly and who it was from I changed my card to stop these charges because they were not authorized by me nor did I set up and account for even a trial membership So, who buys a product for hundreds of dollars and never uses it, not meWho sets up an account and doesn't know the account number, know it exists, or know an email address attached to it Not meThey owe me a refund for the full amount the charged me and this is pretty much fraud I had to get a new card last month to stop the charges Does that sound like someone who ordered a product? BTW, no such refund was sent to my card, because they no longer have my card number and I would never give it to them for this fiasco to start all over again They also never emailed me I told this rep I haven't had a Yahoo account since the breech way back when and she told me she would send m confirmation to the email address on file, duh, I just told her that account was hacked along with everyone else's years ago and I haven't used it since This isn't rocket science They made a mistake this isn't one me this is on them
