Revdex.com and [redacted]:I have reviewed the response made by Experian in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. This response is insufficient and is exactly the reason why I am filing this complaint. As I have already stated. I have written proof and letters from creditors EXPLICITLY stating they are furnishing information to Equifax, Transunion AND Experian. If Experian still does not have a credit record for me, it is not my creditors' fault this is happening. This is a problem that is happening specifically with Experian that they refusing to acknowledge, investigate and fix.I have been brushed aside time after time after time because no one at Experian is willing to take the time to look into this situation. I'll tell you what's probably going on. Experian must have such a mess of my credit record with other addresses and names being reported that it's better to just not report anything. For all I know, they are probably reporting my father's information on my credit or vice versa. It's easier to just say "there's nothing we can do, contact your creditors".When I call Experian Customer Service, when I submit disputes, when I send supporting documents, when I speak to managers, no one at Experian cares to really look into this issue. This is a serious problem and I need the highest level of management looking into this. My creditors cannot solve a problem that is happening because of Experian's bad recordkeeping. I have an account with [redacted]. Account #[redacted], reported on my credit since June 1999. I am including a letter directly from Citi stating they are reporting to all 3 bureaus. Where is this account?I have a credit card account with [redacted], Account #[redacted], reported on my credit since March 2016. Where is this account?I have a credit card account with [redacted], Account #[redacted], reported on my credit since February 2016. Where is this account?[redacted], this list goes on and it is outrageous that all you can say is that I may not have any creditors reporting financial obligations to my credit. This time, I will go so far to include an Equifax and Transunion report pulled by a tenant screener which shows what Equifax and Transunion are reporting to my credit. I will yet again include a copy of my Driver's License and Social Security Number.I need your response to be an action plan to get this problem resolved once and for all. Conduct a detailed investigation for this issue. If you need to rebuild my credit file from scratch, then do so with the information I am sending you. This is the same information my creditors are specifically saying they are reporting to EXPERIAN. There's a disconnect somewhere. Whatever black hole is causing my data to fall through and "not exist", I need it fixed IMMEDIATELY. FIND the problem in your database that is causing this issue and FIX it. Please call me if you need any documents to fix this issue. I don't know what else I can send to have you fix my problem.Very upset,[redacted]

Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer. When you are associated with an account, it will appear on your personal credit report. Credit grantors report to consumer credit reporting companies that you are an account holder (individual or joint), an authorized user, or a cosigner on an account.Account holders (individual or joint) are responsible for making timely payments.
