I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I DON'T ACCEPT THE BUSINESS RESPONSE BECAUSE I HAVE GIVEN BANK STATEMENTS OF AS PROOF I PAID THE COMPANY THE MONEY. I HAVE CONNECTED VERIZON AND THEY SAID THEY GAVE THE MONEY TO DIRECTV AND I CONNECTED DIRECTV AND THEY SAY THEY GAVE THE MONEY TO VERIZON. EITHER WAY I PAID AND DON'T OWE THE MONEY AND I WILL KEEP FIGHTING THESE FALSE CHARGERS.

Experian exposed my data to hackers. Experian's notice letter recommends a credit freeze with the three bureaus. This is clearly a necessary step to prevent misuse of the hacked information. Experian says they are "not able" to reimburse the cost of what they recommend I do (credit freeze). Their letter provide no explanation whatsoever for why they are unable to do this. It is a curious thing why they can't reimburse this fee. I would appreciate an actual explanation.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. It is disappointing to finds a credit bureau not following the proper procedures that I asked per my letter I asked to be sent a debt validation letter showing me a signature, contract anything that ties me to his debt I have not received this information at all after reaching out twice! The information I did reach only once was a credit report that says verified and/or accurate in which that was not what I asked for. I do not fell that that proper research is being done to verify the 2 debt in which this is what I am asking to be done.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have sent NUMEROUS disputes that also requested the method of verification that I'm legally entitled to know to make sure the information is being reported correctly and there was a proper investigation done. I have yet to receive ANY information informing me of how the verification was done. I understand the reason why they want me to choose a dispute type is so they can reduce that information into a numbered code and sent it electronically to the original data furnisher, which again doesn't provide me with what I'm looking for! I've stated multiple times I don't accept their electronic verification because anyone on the data furnishers end can decide yes or no without fully investigating the accounts in question. I want a proper investigation done and if one can't be done because it would pose too much of a hardship to the above company, then I request the information be removed from my bureau reports since it was not investigated properly and could in turn be reported as inaccurate or incomplete information, which is a clear violation of the FCRA.
