regarding the above mentioned consumer's personal credit report. We are currently investigating the information with which the consumer disagrees. Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer. When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal credit report and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the dispute as required by law. We contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source such as a court or other government office either electronically or by US Mail. I HAVE CONNECTED VERIZON AND THEY SAID THEY GAVE THE MONEY TO DIRECTV AND I CONNECTED DIRECTV AND THEY SAY THEY GAVE THE MONEY TO VERIZON. EITHER WAY I PAID AND DON'T OWE THE MONEY AND I WILL KEEP FIGHTING THESE FALSE CHARGERS.
