Dear Revdex.com:Thank you for your recent correspondence dated August 15, 2017, regarding the above mentioned Consumer. Our records indicate that we previously conducted an investigation regarding the disputed information and have provided the results of our investigation directly to the consumer.if a bankruptcy was dismissed or withdrawn, it appears on the consumer's personal credit report because every action that relates to credit may become part of the credit history. So even though the court did not allow the filing of the bankruptcy or the bankruptcy did not go through, the fact that the case was documented allows it to appear on the personal credit report.According to the Fair CreditReporting Act (FCRA), Section 605 (d) (1), if a bankruptcy is withdrawn before a final judgment "the consumer reporting agency shall include in the report that such case was Withdrawn".The bankruptcy dismissed/withdrawn status will remain on the consumer's Experian credit report for seven years from the filing date. Each national consumer credit reporting agency may interpret the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act differently and each company has their own policies and guidelines for disputing information. Therefore, we cannot update or delete information in our database based on the results of a dispute with another consumer credit reporting agency nor can we dispute information for a consumer with another consumer Credit reporting agency. If the consumer disagrees with the results of the reinvestigation, it is the consumer's legal right, under the FCRA, to add a 100-word statement specifying the nature of their dispute. The statement will appear with the item as long as the item remains on the credit report. Any further concerns regarding the disputed information may need to be directed to the data furnisher reporting this information. If you have any additional supporting documentation regarding the disputed information, please forward that to my attention for review.According to the Fair CreditReporting Act (FCRA), a national consumer Credit reporting agency's role in the dispute process is to review the accuracy and completeness of any disputed item which may include contacting the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source, such as a court or other government office, notifying them of the disputed information and disclosing all relevant information regarding the consumer's dispute. In order to help resolve the consumer's dispute, Experian will review all relevant documents submitted by the consumer with the dispute and will forward such documents to the furnisher if Experian is unable to resolve the issue based on those documents. Consumers may also contact Creditors directly to dispute items reported by the data furnisher. If the issue is not resolved, then the Consumer Credit ; , reporting agency must offer to include a consumer statement on the personal Credit report. Thank you for allowing me to assist you. Please contact our office if you have any questions.Sincerely,[redacted] Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate Experian Consumer Affairs [redacted]

[ I am a
victim of identity theft, I provided the police report and the FTC id theft
report, your violated the FCRA by refusing to block all the fradulent
information. Your company is still
reporting fraudulent accounts on my file. You were required by law to remov them immediate effect. I feel absolutely agrieved that I as the victim am being treated as the dishonest party. As it is , it is a tramatic experience to have your ideniity stolen, and now I have to go through so much trouble to simply enforce my rights as a victim. I will be hiring an attorney and suing for your
refusal to accept my identity theft filing. The Revdex.com can refer to the attached letter and FCRA § 605B (15
U.S.C. § 1681c-2). I want the Revdex.com to list this as an unresolved complaint where the credit bureau refused to block fraudulent information. I want this complaint to be listed as a complaint where the business violated the FCRA. I will be refering this matter to my attorney and filing suit no later than January 5th.

Dear Revdex.com:Our office recently received your correspondence of October 27, 2017 regarding the abovementioned consumer's complaint. The Credit score is a mathematical summary of the credit history using Sophisticated statistics and mathematical equations to calculate the summary....
Numerical values are assigned to various pieces of information in a credit report, resulting in the risk score. The credit score changes over time as a consumer continues to develop their credit history, and may change from day to day as Credit history is updated. The interpretations of risk scores differ according to the need and requirements set by the various credit grantors, and may indeed vary on a daily basis. Similarly, different credit grantors can view the same risk score differently, depending on their experiences with other consumers scoring in the same range, their marketing plans, their business niche and many other factors. Experian is not privy to the values assigned to the information appearing on a consumer's Credit report. That information would be considered proprietary to the credit grantor. Additionally, not all creditors report credit information to all three of the credit bureaus. For this reason, each bureau's credit report can have different information causing credit scores from bureau to bureau to vary, at times by a substantial amount.Credit scores are generated based solely upon the credit guidelines determined by a potential Credit grantor. A credit score may be different from lender to lender depending on the type of Credit scoring model used. The interpretations of credit scores differ according to the need and requirements set by the various credit grantors, and may also vary on a daily basis.Common questions that many consumers have regarding their credit scores are "why didn't my score go up?" or "what can I do to make my score go up?" For example, you might ask if closing two installment accounts would improve your credit score. While this question may appear to be easy to answer, there are many factors to consider. Simply closing two accounts not only lowers the number of open installment accounts (which generally will improve your score) but it also lowers the total number of all open accounts (which generally lowers your score).Furthermore, such an action will affect the average age of all accounts that could either raise or lower your score. As you can see, one seemingly simple change actually affects a large number of items on your credit report. Therefore, it is impossible to provide an accurate assessment of how one specific action will affect your credit score. A credit score is based entirely on the information found on your personal credit report. Any change to your Credit report could affect your score. For these reasons, the score cannot be "disputed". However, if there is information appearing on a Credit report that is believed to be inaccurate or incomplete, we are able to investigate that specific information. Inaccurate information on the credit report could possibly be the cause of an inaccurate score. We have mailed a current credit report directly to the consumer for review. If the consumer believes there are inaccuracies on their credit report, we must have a specific dispute. Please specify the item or account name and number. Please provide the consumer's specific disputes along with their complete identification information (Social Security number, full name, current address, previous addresses in the last two years and date of birth). Also, please include one copy of a government issued identification card, such as a driver's license, state ID card, etc., and one copy of a utility bill, bank or insurance statement, etc.Experian strives to achieve a high level of customer service for all the Consumers they assist. Results of these investigations were provided to the consumer forreview. The creditor may report the timeliness in which the payments were made. I have searched high and low to find what this mystery account is that apparently has (coincidence?) the same account number (As far as I can see, although the last 4 are X's), but even [redacted] has no info. To my knowledge, there is no account and never has been. If there is, I would like the account number as well as my signed agreement that I entered into the said debt so I can call them and resolve it. If you can provide that info to me I will consider the issue resolved. If not, I expect it to be deleted as an obvious error of duplicate record.
