After we complete our processing, we send the consumer the results.In addition to the consumer's right to dispute information in the credit file with the credit reporting agencies, the Consumer also has the right to dispute information in the credit report directly with the furnisher of the information.If the Consumer questions the results of the dispute process, then they may want to contact the furnisher of the information directly or review the original information in the public record.
