Experian credit report Our records indicate that we have previously investigated [redacted]. Investigations were initiated on 4/25/2009 and 04/8/2014. Ineach instance, the information was verified as accurately reported and confirmation was mailed to theconsumer for review.When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on their personal creditreport and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, weprocess their dispute as required by law. We contact the source of the data to verify the accuracy ofthe disputed information.Judgments, Tax Liens and Bankruptcies are a matter of public record. Although the court where thedisputed public records are filed may not report this type of data, a vendor may collect this datadirectly from the court's public records and supply that information to Experian.On 1 0/27/2014 at the request of Ms [redacted], we mailed copies of the court documentation obtainedduring the investigations to the consumer that indicate her full name, [redacted], and the last 4digits of her Social Security number.If the consumer disagrees with the results of the reinvestigation, it is the consumer's legal right, underthe FCRA, to add a 100-word statement specifying the nature of their dispute. Case Description: Beginning July 1, public record data collected for credit reporting purposes, including bankruptcies, civil judgments, and tax liens, must contain minimum identifying information and be collected at more frequent intervals as follows:  Minimum reporting of: (1) Name, (2) Address, and (3) Social Security Number and/or date of birth; and Minimum frequency of courthouse visits to obtain newly filed and updated public records of at least every 90 days. After reviewing my credit file, I have contacted this credit reporting agency via mail and by telephone to ask them to remove this negative public record information from my credit file due to this identifying information not being properly documented in my credit file.
