Dear Revdex.com:Our office recently received your correspondence of September 25, 2017, regarding the above mentioned consumer's personal Credit report. We are currently investigating the disputed bankruptcy information with which the consumer disagrees. Upon completion of this process,...

we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the Consumer.Judgments, Tax Liens and Bankruptcies are a matter of public record. Although the court where the disputed public records are filed may not report this type of data, a vendor may collect this data directly from the court's public records and supply that information to Experian. Experian does not divulge the names of our vendors as this is proprietary information and they are not the source of this public record information. Experian's method of verification for public records complies with the requirements of the Fair CreditReporting Act (FCRA).When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal Credit report and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the dispute as required by law. We contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source such as a court or other government office either electronically or by US Mail. We ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and complete investigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the time frame required by law. We review and consider the response to determine whether to accept it, reject it, or follow up for additional information. If, after processing, we find that the disputed information is inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify that information, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processing. If we do not receive a response from the furnisher or the vendor within the required period, we update the item as requested or delete the information, In some instances, upon reviewing the credit file and any relevant information submitted to us, we are able to determine whether the disputed information should be changed or deleted without having to contact the furnisher or the vendor. Investigations can take as long as 30 days to reach a conclusion. After we complete our processing, we send the consumer the results. In addition to the consumer's right to dispute information in the credit file with the credit reporting agencies, the consumer also has the right to dispute information in the credit report directly with the furnisher of the information. If the Consumer questions the results of the dispute process, then they may want to contact the furnisher of the information directly or review the original information in the public record. Please refer to the original personal Credit report for the furnisher or public records office name, address, and phone number (if available).Experian strives to achieve a high level of customer service for all the consumers they assist. Let me assure you that Experian takes its commitment to efficient, expeditious service seriously. Thank you for allowing me to assist you. Please contact our office if you have any questions.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Fact 1: Once again, Experian and ONLY Experian is failing to report this critical account. The other CRAs are correctly reporting it. I supplied Experian with evidence thereof in writing.Fact 2: It took almost 4 months, countless communications, countless wasted hours and money, and multiple formal complaints to the authorities for Experian to finally provide a vague "explanation" for their refusal to report this account. This is a violation of the FCRA.Fact 3: This is an ACTIVE account which was never LATE, EVER and was NEVER part to a bankruptcy.Fact 4: The data furnisher itself assured me that they had battled Experian for years about their absurd purge / reinstatement rules.Fact 5: If that real estate account was part of a bankruptcy, how come they are still reporting my other real estate account from the same lender?
