Dear Revdex.com.Our office recently received your Correspondence of December 8, 2016 regarding the above mentioned consumer's Experian credit report. We are presently investigating the information with which the consumer disagrees. Upon completion of this process, we will provide the...
results of the investigation directly to the Consumer.Regarding the consumer's Complaint received on [redacted], our records indicate we provided the creditor with a copy of the consumer's complaint along with our request for investigation. The creditor responded to us on 1 O/21/2016 confirming the accuracy of the account as it appeared on the Credit report. We provided the results of the investigation to the Consumer by mail on the same date along with a complete Credit report.According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), a national Consumer Credit reporting agency's role in the dispute process is to review the accuracy and completeness of any disputed item which may include contacting the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source, such as a court or other government office, notifying them of the disputed information and disclosing all relevant information regarding the Consumer's dispute. In order to help resolve the Consumer's dispute, Experian will review all relevant documents submitted by the Consumer with the dispute and will forward such documents to the furnisher if Experian is unable to resolve the issue based on those documents. Consumers may also contact creditors directly to dispute items reported by the Creditor. If the issue is not resolved, then the consumer credit reporting agency must offer to include a consumer statement on the personal credit report. Each national Consumer Credit reporting agency may interpret the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act differently and each Company has their own policies and guidelines for disputing information. Therefore, we cannot update or delete information in our database based on the results of a dispute with another consumer credit reporting agency nor can we dispute information for a consumer with another consumer Credit reporting agency.Experian strives to achieve a high level of Customer service for all the Consumers they assist. Let me assure you that Experian takes its Commitment to efficient, expeditious service seriously. Thank you for allowing me to assist you. Please contact me directly if you have any duestions.Sincerely,[redacted]
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Experian must remove these 9 hard inquiries as the glitch removed them and then they appeared again which is consider breaking the law of FCRA. Please remove them.
