Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,[redacted] I have told them that the date of the repo is wrong. If I got a new car in October then how can the repo be in December. Why would I get anther car in October. The balance is wrong as well. The balance was a 1099 cancellation of debt. And one more thing by law I have the right to everything in my files. That includes who did the verifying at this [redacted] bureau and anything I ask for I have the right for. I asked them for information on who they talked to at [redacted] and the phone number along with the address. And my lawyer said by law that have to give me that information. How do I supposed to fix things and get it right if I don't know who to call. It should be in my files. What do you want me to do call [redacted] and just say hey this [redacted] bureau called you do you remember them asking questions about my account. That's why it's important to find out who at the [redacted] bureau did the verifying and who at [redacted] they talked to. This will come off my report but all the aggravation and the time and many letters I've spent on this and still not right. I'm taking the next step if I do not receive what I want. I do have a lawyer ready to take action if they want to take this course. Maybe if they did the verifying correctly and not by the code system people would believe what's in there reports. The problem is no one called [redacted] because if they did they would send me what I want. So I know for sure the dates is wrong and the balance is wrong. It's funny that the balance was a zero six months ago and I do have proof of that.
