Two additional student loans, [redacted] and #[redacted] appear as included In a discharged Chapter7 Bankruptcy with no balance owed as well. The remaining student loan, [redacted] appears as an open, never late account.Additionally, the tax lien appears as having been paid in full or released. Paid in Full tax liens remainon the credit report for up to seven years from the filing date.Further review indicates that [redacted] was included in a dischargedchapter bankruptcy with no balance owed. No additional collection accounts appear on the creditreport. Accounts included in a bankruptcy remain on the personal credit report for a maximum ofseven years from the date the bankruptcy was either filed or discharged.
