I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
DESPITE AN EXTRAVAGANTLY DILIGENT EFFORT TO HAVE EXPERIAN REMOVE A SPECIFIC FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT FROM MY CREDIT REPORT, THEY REFUSE TO NOT ONLY COOPERATE WITH THE POLICE BUT FAIL TO YIELD RESULTS TO MY REQUESTS. EXPERIAN HAS BEEN NOTIFIED MULTIPLE TIMES BY MYSELF AND THE POLICE DEPARTMENT ASKING TO REMOVE FRAUDULENT ITEMS. THEY WERE PROVIDED WITH A POLICE REPORT SPECIFYING THE ITEM, A WRITTEN REQUEST, AS WELL AS FTC REPORTS. THE FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT WHICH WAS A RESULT OF IDENTITY THEFT WAS A CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT FROM [redacted]. THE ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR THE FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT IS ENDING IN [redacted]. THIS IS A CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. UNDER SECTION 605(B) OF THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, EXPERIAN MUST BLOCK FRAUDULENT ACCOUNTS FROM APPEARING ON CREDIT REPORT WITHIN 4 DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF A VALID POLICE REPORT AND REQUEST. THEY FAIL TO DO SO. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF OPENING A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST EXPERIAN SEEING AS THEY REFUSE TO COOPERATE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS. THIS IS SIMPLY A REQUEST TO RESOLVE THE MATTER FIRST. MY FILE CAN BE ACCESSED BY EXPERIAN USING REPORT NUMBER 2[redacted]Desired Outcome: I AM REQUESTING THAT EXPERIAN SIMPLY BLOCK THE FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT FROM APPEARING ON MY CREDIT REPORT AS IT WAS A RESULT OF IDENTITY THEFT. THE ACCOUNT TO BE BLOCKED IS: [redacted] CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT [redacted] DATE OPENED 02/2015. FIRST REPORTED 03/2015 BALANCE 1,554 AS OF AUGUST 2016

above mentioned consumer's Experian credit report. If a bankruptcy was dismissed or withdrawn, it appears on the consumer's personal credit report because every action that relates to Credit may become part of the Credit history. So even though the Court did not allow the filing of the bankruptcy or the bankruptcy did not go through, the fact that the Case was documented allows it to appear on the personal Credit report.According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Section 605 (d) (1), if a bankruptcy is withdrawnbefore a final judgment "the consumer reporting agency shall include in the report that such case was Withdrawn".The bankruptcy dismissed withdrawn status will remain on the Consumer's Experian Credit report for seven years from the filing date.Thank you for allowing me to assist you. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have sent more than a few dispute letters to Experian about the inaccuracies that they are reporting on my credit report and I have paperwork to prove the letters I sent to them. I also initially provided Experian with my Social Security, Driver’s License and a Utility Bill. I went a step further and had my documents notarized but my bank. Experian response for me is to send more documents is unacceptable. They have dragged this dispute process out way to long and I'm furious because it's damaging my credit and violating my consumer rights. If they have done an investigation, why I haven't Experian produced the results as I requested or was it the E-Oscar System doing the investigation. Experian are in direct violation of my consumer rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I'm fed up at this point at Experian because their actions have been hideous and incomprehensible. Under the FCRA, unverifiable accounts must be removed and if they are unable to provide me a copy of verifiable proof, they must remove the account and inquires listed below.
Respectfully,
