I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[This is the same response I received way back when I first requested for Method of Verification regarding my dispute. In this letter, Experian stated that they will process my dispute once again. If as Experian stated in the past, they processed my dispute followed by laws/regulations, then why they still could not provide me with Method of Verification? Why do they need to go through the same process of verifying information on my Wells Fargo account? At this time, I am very concerned about validity and accuracy of information on my Wells Fargo account. If Experian did not go through required method of verification by law, they should delete erroneous entry on my credit report. This is also required by Fair Credit Reporting Act. Therefore, I demand immediate action from Experian to remove the late payment on my Wells Fargo account.]
