Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have sent more than a few dispute letters to Experian about the inaccuracies that they are reporting on my credit report and I have paperwork to prove the letters I sent to them. I also initially provided Experian with my Social Security, Driver’s License and a Utility Bill. I went a step further and had my documents notarized but my bank. Experian response for me is to send more documents is unacceptable. They have dragged this dispute process out way to long and I'm furious because it's damaging my credit and violating my consumer rights. If they have done an investigation, why I haven't Experian produced the results as I requested or was it the E-Oscar System doing the investigation. Experian are in direct violation of my consumer rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I'm fed up at this point at Experian because their actions have been hideous and incomprehensible. Under the FCRA, unverifiable accounts must be removed and if they are unable to provide me a copy of verifiable proof, they must remove the account and inquires listed below.
Respectfully,
