I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This is my second complaint with Experian. I received the previous letter from them that was not helpful and did not address my concerns. Every time I go to dispute items on my credit report it gives me this message " You have previously disputed this item. Pursuant to Section 611(a)(3)(A) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, we will not process a duplicative dispute. If you have new or different information that is relevant to your dispute, you can upload supporting documents by using the button below. Alternatively, you can add a statement to this item or cancel your request below. You may also wish to contact the data furnisher of this information regarding your dispute." Equifax and Transunion do not ever give me any issues like this. Experian is trying to prevent me from having negative info removed from my credit report and that's not right! TO my knowledge I am allowed to dispute any info on my credit reports as wellas wrongfully placed inquires. The previous letter says that I have to dispute them on my own. No I don't that's experians job! They just don't want to pay for the stamps to send dispute letters to the creditors. I want All 12 negative items on my account disputed and removed within 30 days. I have wrote letters to both the creditors and Experian and have not received any communication within the required 30 days. With that those items should have been removed. I also want Experian to dispute each inquiry on my credit report and provide me proof that I made those inquiries.

above mentioned consumer's personal credit report. We are currently investigating the information with which the consumer disagrees. Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer. When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal credit report and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the dispute as required by law. We contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source such as a court or other government office either electronically or by US Mail. We ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and complete investigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the time frame required by law. We review and consider the response to determine whether to accept it, reject it, or follow up for additional information. If, after processing, we find that the disputed information is inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify that information, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processing. If we do not receive a response from the furnisher or the vendor within the required period, we update the item as requested or delete the information. In some instances, upon reviewing the credit file and any relevant information submitted to us, we are able to determine whether the disputed information should be changed or deleted without having to contact the furnisher of the vendor. Investigations can take as long as 30 days to reach a conclusion. Dear Revdex.com:
Our office recently received your correspondence of November 17, 2014 regarding the above
mentioned consumer's rebuttal of our response to his complaint.
We are currently investigating the address information and the [redacted] accounts with which the
consumer disagrees. Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation
directly to the consumer.
When a medical bill is seriously past due, the provider may use an internal collection department, hire
an attorney or contract with a collection agency to collect the payments, and this information may be
reported to us since it is a financial obligation. Once the payments have been collected, the account
will display as "paid/collection" and may remain on the report for seven years. Because we cannot
display certain medical information relating to physical, mental, or behavioral health or conditions by
law, the company name will display only as 'Medical payment data."
Although we do not generally collect this type of information, it may appear in the name of a data
furnisher, for example "Cancer Center." To prevent this, we mask the names of data furnishers that
provide us medical payment history when we provide your information to others. This requirement
does not extend to the payment history that the data furnisher provides us. Your payment history with
this creditor will be displayed in reports to others.
Our records indicate that the disputed [redacted] account does not appear on the consumer's current
Experian credit report.
Thank you for allowing me to assist you. Please contact me directly if you have any questions.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Only after spending hours was my credit able to be frozen. Experian waived the credit freeze for me , however most still need to pay them a minimum of $10 if they want to freeze their credit to protect themselves. It seems that a consumer should never have to pay to freeze their credit from a company willing to divulge all of their personal info to anyone. What happened to our right to privacy?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have yet to get valid documentation to show that the dispute was validated with a contract or with my signature. Upon speaking with Experian who continues to update incorrect information and I continue to send them over a copy of my ID and SS card they have failed to send back correct and validated copies of contracts with these creditors that have my signature. One person stated that they don't have to because they have to go by what is electronically sent over to the creditor. By law at my request they are supposed to provide any copies of the contract with my signatures on it and still have failed to do so. I also requested that they remove inquiries that do not have an account attached to it and they also have failed to do so. I don't have an updated copy of my credit report from Experian. I would like for accounts and inquires that can't be validated to be removed from my credit file.
