Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer.When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal credit report and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the dispute as required by law. We contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source such as a court or other government office either electronically or by US Mail. We ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and complete investigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the time frame required by law. We review and consider the response to determine whether to accept it, reject it, or follow up for additional information. If, after processing, we find that the disputed information is inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify that information, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processing. Experian needs to make direct contact with the original complainant to accurately report in order to continue reporting this as accurate. Dear Revdex.com:Thank you for your recent correspondence dated July 24, 2017, regarding the above mentioned consumer. Our records indicate that we previously conducted an investigation regarding the disputed information and have provided the results of our investigation directly to the consumer.Each national consumer credit reporting agency may interpret the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act differently and each company has their own policies and guidelines for disputing information. Therefore, we cannot update or delete information in our database based on the results of a dispute with another consumer credit reporting agency nor can we dispute information for a consumer with another consumer Credit reporting agency.If the consumer disagrees with the results of the reinvestigation, it is the consumer's legal right, under the FCRA, to add a 100-word statement specifying the nature of their dispute. The statement will appear with the item as long as the item remains on the credit report. Any further concerns regarding the disputed information may need to be directed to the data furnisher reporting this information. If you have any additional supporting documentation regarding the disputed information, please forward that to my attention for review.According to the Fair CreditReporting Act (FCRA), a national consumer Credit reporting agency's role in the dispute process is to review the accuracy and completeness of any disputed item which may include contacting the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source, such as a court or other government office, notifying them of the disputed information and disclosing all relevant information regarding the consumer's dispute. mentioned consumer's personal credit report.We are currently investigating the 2 [redacted] accounts with which the consumer disagrees. Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the C??l???rl??.Our records indicate that the disputed tax lien does not appear on the consumer's current Experian credit report.Research indicates that correspondence received from the consumer on 06/04/2014 disputed [redacted] accounts. At that time, there were 3 accounts on the credit report associated with [redacted] accounts and one [redacted] account that indicated the debt had been transferred to [redacted]. All 3 accounts were investigated, the result being that the [redacted] account [redacted] was deleted from the Experian credit report. The letter that the consumer is referring to is most likely regarding the deletion of the [redacted] account.Our records further indicate that the 2 [redacted] accounts have been investigated on at least 5 separate occasions. In each instance the creditor confirmed the accuracy of the accounts. Results of the investigations were provided directly to the consumer. At no time were the 2 accounts deletedfrom the consumer's Experian credit report.Each national consumer credit reporting agency may interpret the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act differently and each company has their own policies and guidelines for disputing information. [Per the new law that passed July 1,2017 experience should not be reporting a bankruptcy on my credit report I have sent letters to them via certified mail asking for it to be removed and by law they had 15 days they have not sent me any information that was asked of them and squids has successfully removed it and I want them to remove it as well ]

Please send us one copy of a government issued identification card, such as a driver's license, state ID card, military ID card, etc., and one copy of a utility bill, bank or insurance statement, etc. Make sure that each copy is legible (enlarge if necessary), displays the consumer's name and current mailing address, and the date of issue (statement dates must be recent). On January 25, 2017 our office received your correspondence of January 13, 2017 regarding the above mentioned consumer's rebuttal of our response to her complaint.We have mailed a current credit report directly to the consumer for review. If the consumer has additional information regarding disputed information, please provide it. Please specify the item or account name and number along with the consumer's specific disputes and the additional information. Please provide their complete identification information (Social Security number, full name, Current address, previous addresses in the last two years and date of birth). Also, please include one copy of a government issued identification card, such as a driver's license, state ID card, etc., and one copy of a utility bill, bank or insurance statement, etc.When a consumer disputes the accuracy or Completeness of information on their personal Credit report and tellus specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the dispute as required by law. will provide the results of our investigation directly to the COnSUmer.Judgments, Tax Liens and Bankruptcies are a matter of public record. Although the court where the disputed public records are filed may not report this type of data, a vendor may collect this data directly from the court's public records and supply that information to Experian. Experian does not divulge the names of our vendors as this is proprietary information and they are not the source of this public record information. Experian's method of verification for public records complies with the requirements of the Fair CreditReporting Act (FCRA).When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal Credit report and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the dispute as required by law. We contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source such as a court or other government office either electronically or by US Mail. We ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and complete investigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the time frame required by law. We review and consider the response to determine whether to accept it, reject it, or follow up for additional information. If, after processing, we find that the disputed information is inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify that information, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processing.
