Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  The business response was not acceptable. I already completed their suggested actions and was prompted to buy their credit report to complete the process. I also do not feel comfortable sending such sensitive information through the mail. I do not understand how this company is knowingly reporting two separate and unique names and social security numbers on one credit report. The ineptitude of this business is mind boggling. They are still holding me hostage because I won't buy their credit report. So frustrating dealing with these people. Not surprising that they don't have phone numbers and email addresses to contact them since they conduct fraudulent and unethical behavior. I was not even supplied with a method to submit the documents that they say the need, but in all reality they don't- they are just lazy and a a company that uses extremely fraudulent practices.
