While I received a phone call from Express's customer relations department, I have still not received the promised return label.  I was originally told it would up to 72 hours to receive the email with the label and have called several times to check on the status of this.  Today I called customer service and they said they could put in a request to send another return label but that it takes up to 7 days.  This is unacceptable.  I have been trying to complete a simple exchange for 1 pair of pants for two weeks now.  It's unbelievable that a company today can think that it is acceptable to tell customers that it takes 7 days to get an email return label.

12.4.15 phone call from [redacted] at Express customer service.  She explained that she has not received a response from the consumer, although the consumer has asked that the complaint be reopened after being closed answered (assumed).  [redacted] stated that Express had talked to the consumer previously on the number given.  The last contact was when the business contacted the consumer via phone and left a voice mail. Consumer has not responded.  [redacted] said they will attempt to call again.I told [redacted] I will email consumer and let her know that the business is waiting for a response.
