 This is in continuation of complaint ID [redacted]- I was contacted by Mary in the customer service team to apologize for all of the issues and she promised me that they would ship me out a 30 day supply of contacts free of charge for my issues. It is even documented in their response. She also gave me her personal email address and told me to email her directly with any questions or concerns. They never shipped out the additional contact lenses and she is not responding to emails. This is getting absolutely ridiculous and I want a full refund of my purchase price as they cannot keep their word about anything.Desired Outcome: Full refund of purchase price.

It's fine I'll return it but this company is horrible. I can't believe you sell fake merchandise and then blame it on someone else, but yet you messing up the shipping seems to be [redacted] fault so no big surprise. Will not be purchasing from again, and everyone else should be warned.

I bought a pair of Versace Sunglasses at an amazing price. After having them for a coupe months, I went back to read reviews on this company, as I was about to buy another pair of glasses. I was very worries as some people said they sell fakes. So I took my glasses, box and Versace authorization code to the boutique and they are 100% authentic.
Love that they give good discounts for great glasses!
