We filled and shipped the Customers Order exactly as ordered; when customer asked to return the order to edit and redo the lens to updated RX we agreed and processed the exchange for her. The exchanged item was shipped and delivered on 4/**/2016 [redacted]...

Tracking # [redacted]; Customer called in to say the rx is still not what she wanted; she then explained she wants an upgraded lens from single vision to progressive; which is more costly; Customer was unwilling to pay for upgrade; we therefor offered that she returns her order and we refund her in full. Although our return policy does state clearly a 50% restocking fee for custom lenses; we flexed that and waived her all fees; refunded her for shipping she paid. AT this point we are waiting for her to RETURN the frames she has so we can refund her the rest.5/**/2016 refunded $14.63 courtesy discount
5/**/2016 refunded her $15.98 fee she paid to redo lenses
$102.66 left to refund once her frame is returned to us! We already provided her with a label to return it.

I searched for ezcontactsusa.com information after placing my order and was getting nervous to read some bad reviews and a negative rating on Revdex.com. however after only a few days I was pleasantly surprised to receive a friendly call from their lab services to confirm my prescription details, and my order was shipped to me the next day via regular mail.
I got a very good deal and great service. very good experience. will try them again

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. I finally received the item yesterday April [redacted]. I just want to emphasize how much communication is needed to conduct a business. Do not leave the customer in the dark. We much rather be told of a set back than not hear anything at all. I am happy that they were able to fix the issue because I had already cancelled the debit card used for this purchase due to fraud. So I wouldn't feel comfortable providing another card.

I will never shop from them. I placed an order on 1/*/2017. I had to call them to find out the status of my order. Turns out the glasses were backordered from the "manufacturer" and they wouldn't receive them until 1/**/17. Did they communicate this to me? No. I had to continuously call them!
