No one there
Ordered on Friday. Need to make a small change. No one answers the phones there. Two days straight. No email responses. No fb response. No Twitter response. They need to hire more people, and I should have ordered through lens crafters, as was my first thought, but figured this might be quicker and cheaper. Rather pay more for any help.

I would like a partial refund due to the company failing to deliver the goods as advertised

I bought a pair of Versace Sunglasses at an amazing price After having them for a coupe months, I went back to read reviews on this company, as I was about to buy another pair of glasses I was very worries as some people said they sell fakes So I took my glasses, box and Versace authorization code to the boutique and they are 100% authentic Love that they give good discounts for great glasses!

I will never shop from themI placed an order on Did they communicate this to me? NoI had to continuously call them!

I'm submitting this review after having read some of the less than stellar reviews about ezcontacts.com I have to say I had a very positive experience ordering a year's supply of contacts from themI placed the order, and within about a week of placing it I had the contacts at my doorA couple of days after making the purchase I had a question about the orderI emailed them and received a thorough reply within a few hours It's possible that my positive experience had to do with the fact that I was ordering contacts vssunglasses, etc., which others seemed to have been ordering

The send a gift screw drive, cleaning spray, cleaning clothI found a coupon, I couldn't find the sunglasses cheaper anywhere else
