While yes my order was received, I believe that the frames are fake. I was not aware of this fact until I received the order yesterday. I contacted the company first thing this morning. Please see attached, screenshot from the companies website on my exact frames stating "ALL ray ban frames come with authenticity papers" which mine did not. They are also not frame 5187 despite being stamped 5187. I was told by the customer service representative "[redacted]" [redacted] replied Jul *, 11:07am [redacted]

 If necessary I am revising my complaint that this company is selling fraudulent merchandise. The website clearly states all would come with authenticity papers, and yet immediately their customer service tells me that none of their frames come with authenticity papers. This is immediately contradictory.

It's fine I'll return it but this company is horrible. I can't believe you sell fake merchandise and then blame it on someone else, but yet you messing up the shipping seems to be [redacted] fault so no big surprise. Will not be purchasing from again, and everyone else should be warned.

Since this wasn't the item we shipped out to the customer we issued a trace with the shipper; we will keep the customer posted upon results.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may of caused; seems like a rep gave you incorrect info;  the frame is indeed in stock and is now at our lab to fill for rx; it may take 3-5 days for such a custom RX; we will email a tracking as soon as they...

 Your website in no way indicates that the polarized lenses are not Ray Ban.  The advertisement is for Ray Ban polarized sunglasses and lists them as 100% authentic, which you are admitting they are not.  No Ray Ban polarized lenses  are included, which makes your website an example of false advertising.  I wasted a great deal of time because your company is falsely advertising and that should not be allowed.  This is what is on your website (see below).  No customer would know they are not getting Ray Ban polarized lenses.

Ordered a pair of $100 sunglasses. Since I misplaced my old ones I needed these quickly. Its been 3 weeks. I live in the next state over from EZcontacs and I still have yet to receive anything. I spoke with someone in customer service and she didn't seem at all worried about my frustration. She told me that there was a mixup with the shipping and was somehow shipped back to them. After reading all these complaints about their shipping, I doubt it was [redacted] fault. If I don't get my glasses soon I'm going to continue to write bad reviews wherever I can. Im not one to spend 100 bucks on sunglasses so this REALLY ticks me off.

disgraceful experience so far. I am furious. ordered 2 pair of glasses. Not one was actually in stock-one had been discontinued. this is pure Baiting. I sent notes and get answers unrelated to the question. or replying twice to the wrong question.
Right now I have been charged $500 on my account- actually charged, not a hold. I cannot get a human on the phone.
NOTHING re: delivery confirmation, or even if they are in stock.
SHUT THEM DOWN
this place needs to be shut down.

We normally don't take responsibility on items returned to our place that were not purchased through our company. However; we will as a courtesy be able to redo them for you free of charge. I'd suggest you choose a frame for the same or lesser value and provide us with your Rx and we will fill it...

EZcontacts took my order, charged my card $147.00, unilaterally cancelled the order 3 days later and has refused to respond to repeated requests for the refund of my payment of $147.

I'm not entirely clear why you would ship a product to a customer's home without any advance notice of date, tracking number, or signature required (almost an entire month after the order was placed). I called your office twice after the package was supposedly delivered but you did not respond to me with any tracking information until I contacted the Revdex.com. This tracking number is almost a month old, and it's quite obvious that I never received the delivery. I was away the week that this was supposedly delivered. Had I known it was expected to arrive that week I would have contacted the sender/[redacted]/neighbors to help. I have asked both neighbors if they saw a package or picked one up - and neither did. I'm astounded that you would ship your products out a month late, but not notify your customer that the product 1) is finally shipping out and 2) provide any shipping information in a timely manner.

Outrageously slow service. Took over a week to even initiate shipment (I uploaded my Rx), then shipped by the slowest possible method ([redacted] passed off to [redacted]). Took over a week to even get a response from customer service! It has now been 2 weeks and [redacted] still has not received the package from [redacted] to pass along to my home. I will not be using this company ever again.

I have finally received a response from the business which did not reference this complaint ID [redacted], and did not satisfy me.  The business informed me the item was on back order for two to three weeks and given the difficulty I already had...

contacting the business, I cancelled the order.  The money has not been refunded yet, but the order was just cancelled so I expect it to take a few days.  The matter has been resolved.
