Item ordered was a prescription item; which adds to the processing time. Item came back from the lab on 02/**/15; we will go ahead to pull it back and overnight free of charge as a courtesy for customer satisfaction.

I'm submitting this review after having read some of the less than stellar reviews about ezcontacts.com.
I have to say I had a very positive experience ordering a year's supply of contacts from them. I placed the order, and within about a week of placing it I had the contacts at my door. A couple of days after making the purchase I had a question about the order. I emailed them and received a thorough reply within a few hours.
It's possible that my positive experience had to do with the fact that I was ordering contacts vs. sunglasses, etc., which others seemed to have been ordering.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because I am not returning these lopsided fake glasses again.  I have waited for months to get prescription glasses, and I am not waiting another month for another pair of fake lopsided glasses.  I am not paying for any others fees for anything, and would like a full refund for the garbage glasses that I paid almost $300 for.  I will inform everyone to stay away from this company, because this is clearly fraud, and the customers are not token care of.
