Review: I ordered glasses on July * and they were never delivered. There was a problem with shipping to the wrong address and they were returned to sender. However, I have tried to contact the sender, EZ Contacts, numerous times and have not had success. I have requested to know if the package was insured multiple times and gotten no response and have had to send multiple emails to get a response about the returned package and estimated delivery date.

I am extremely frusturated. I want a refund or a replacement sent to my permanent address. I needed these glasses and am extremely disappointed with the service. I have also been unable to log into the website and have not received the assistance with this as I requested.Desired Settlement: Refund purchase amount or send a replacement (or the original pair since these were never received) to my permanent address.

Their new website charged me incorrectly and since August [redacted] they keep saying, "We are working on crediting you back the $40 overcharge". I have emailed them at least 3 times and now I have called 5 times. The last time on Sept [redacted] Leen at x 331 assured me she was working on this and I would be credited within a week. Well now it's 14 days later and I left her a message and she won't call me back and give me any status. Review: I purchased an item (Order# [redacted] the tracking number I was given says that the item was delivered on 08/*/14. After speaking with USPS I found out that that there was no signature required for this package. I have yet to see this package that was " delivered". Over the past few days I've called every single Ezcontact.com department (not just customer service), every day, with no answer or a return of my call. I've also left messages. I've emailed. I honestly don't know what to do anymore. If It wasn't for the website, I would be inclined to believe that this company doesn't exist.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement sent to my house with a signature requirement.

Review: I placed an online order for prescription Ray Ban sunglasses on 3/*/15. Approximately 2 weeks later, I called the company to inquire about my order, and I was told the product needed to be ordered from manufacturer and that they would process (place prescription lenses) once they received it (in the next 2 days). 1 week later I still had not received the order or any correspondence so I called again and was told they just received the product and would ship to me in the next week. As of this complaint (submitted 4/**/15) I have not heard anything from the company, even after leaving multiple voice mail messages in the last week. In my last voicemail (and email), I submitted a formal request to cancel my order and refund my purchase price immediately. I'm not entirely clear why you would ship a product to a customer's home without any advance notice of date, tracking number, or signature required (almost an entire month after the order was placed). I called your office twice after the package was supposedly delivered but you did not respond to me with any tracking information until I contacted the Revdex.com. This tracking number is almost a month old, and it's quite obvious that I never received the delivery. I was away the week that this was supposedly delivered. Had I known it was expected to arrive that week I would have contacted the sender/[redacted]/neighbors to help. I have asked both neighbors if they saw a package or picked one up - and neither did. I'm astounded that you would ship your products out a month late, but not notify your customer that the product 1) is finally shipping out and 2) provide any shipping information in a timely manner.Sincerely,

When I look at my account on their site it says it is still being processed. Review: On December**, we order a pair of single vision glasses for our ** year old daughter from Ezcontacts.com. Jan *, we received a reply indicating that they had received our order. On Jan * we received a follow-up asking us to confirm that we received our order and if not it should be here in 24-48 hours. On Jan **, after not receiving the glasses yet, we sent an email as indicated on a previous email that stated we still have not gotten anything. Jan **, a customer service representative via email asked for us to wait 2-3 days to complete the order and then it would be shipped an we would get a confirmation email and tracking shipment. Jan **, we finally received a tracking number with [redacted] and our credit card had been chargedJan **, still NO glasses! I called the company and got a hold of a lady named [redacted] who said that we should have gotten the glasses and would even though our email on indicated it would be 2-5 days it could take 7 business days. She gave me her extension and said if we didn't have them by the next day, they would send out another pair. Meanwhile, I checked with our local post master and they found that the tracking number only had a "manifestation" (or number assigned to the package) and never actually was sent!Jan ** - I called [redacted] back and NO answer because of "bizzard" out[redacted]- I emailed the company and asked for a confirmation call at either my home or office number and expressed my extreme frustration! As of today, 2-*-15, we have not received the shipment. According to our post master, who has been assisting us throughout this whole process, they checked the location of the shipment and it hadn't left the [redacted] area yet. My husband again made several calls to Ezcontacts today and left messages with no call backs; finally late this afternoon, he got a hold of someone and they now indicated they would be shipping it overnight via [redacted] first thing tomorrow. Review: There is not a low enough star to rate this company. I ordered my son safety sports glasses from this site on August **, 2015 with "in stock, same day shipping." I called on September ** (Friday)to check status as I had not received the glasses. Was told by DANE that they would ship immediately and I would have them ono Monday. They did not arrive. September **, glasses still have not arrived. Customer service chat with Rena I was advised that they would be shipped same day. At first she told me I would be charged an extra $15 for overnight shipping. THAT was not acceptable and she said ok, they would ship overnight and would have glasses today. Also spoke with Mary after being on hold for THIRTY NINE (39) minutes that the glasses would be shipped yesterday. This morning I have an email saying that the glasses did not pass lab inspection and would be shipped as soon as possible. I have requested an IMMEDIATE refund. We'll see how that goes. [redacted] Side note: my 10 year old is playing football for the first time and has to have these glasses to be allowed on the field. EZ Contacts is the WORST company I have ever used. They have sent another Product which I accepted. Instead of the previous order I ordered, they said they do not have it. They told me this a month later. So They offered me to change the order changed to a[redacted]

Review: I placed an order online on November **, received confirmation of my order that evening and was told I would receive shipping confirmation once shipped. I 'chatted' online twice in the next week and was assured my order was being processed and that I would soon receive tracking information. I received no information so called on the [redacted] and was told the order would ship that day and that because of the delay the order would be processed Priority shipping. Just called the post office because the order was estimated to have been received today the [redacted] and I have not received the glasses, was told they were never upgraded for faster shipping and the address only had a name NO ADDRESS and that they are now in limbo probably waiting to be returned to sender. Meanwhile this is all on only one of the pairs of glasses I ordered - I have never gotten confirmed shipping on the second pair only more run around. As of yesterday, December [redacted], I have finally received both pair of ordered glasses. The first pair that shipped 11/** was sent out WITHOUT AN ADDRESS. The shipping label only contained a name, city, and state. After filing a case with the post office, filing this complaint and calling this company back to try to locate the package, the postal service was able to locate and deliver the package through no help of this company. They were not delivered on the [redacted]. I will gladly provide the claim number with the post office if needed. The second pair of glasses mentioned in their response was received via overnight mail through [redacted] only after I demanded action on their part. Originally I was told the item would be received on the [redacted]. I was then told the item would be shipped the [redacted] when I called to check the status. It was then that I demanded a refund if I could not received the glasses in 24 hours. Miraculously they were finished in production and shipped right out.

Review: I ordered a pair of glasses from EZ contacts on 9/**/15. As of 10/*/15, I have not recieved a shipping notification. The product was indicated to be in-stock at the time. I contacted customer service via phone to be told that the product was in 'the lab' processing my prescription. No indication of 2+ week wait time on the website or that the product had to be 'shipped from the manufacturer.' Payment via credit card was collected immediately. No indication via email was provided that the item was back ordered. Only after phone conversation was I promised it would ship within 48 hours. Website indicates any delay in shipping due to backorder, customer would be notified within 24 hours. No notification was sent. Shipping details on website do not offer any indication of 2+ weeks wait time.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order in a prompt and timely manner. No games or lies.

Review: I placed an order with EZcontacts.com on 5/*/15 for a pair of sunglasses. They emailed me to advise the glasses were on back order until 5/**/15. I Emailed the company on 5/**/15 to advise them to cancel the order I had some questionable charges on my debit card and I didn't want any charges made on it. "[redacted]" emailed me back and asked if they can upgrade my shipping and to not cancel. I emailed back and said "NO I want the order cancelled" 3 hours later I received an shipping confirmation email saying that the back ordered item was shipped and my card was charged. I find this a fraudulent charge and because of it they caused my account to go NSF and now I have bank fee's. My money ($99) has not been refunded, It's like pulling teeth to get a hold of anyone there rather it be by phone or chat. I want this matter resolved and I think they should cover my bank fee's. Please advise,
