I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
When I called to complain about my order the customer service rep offered me additional discount on my order which I did not accept because I wanted to speak with a managerAfter trying for days and weeks to get a hold of a manager with no luck I filed my complaint with Revdex.comThe company first tried to blame me for their actionWhen I submitted more documents to Revdex.com in response to their blame and after almost a month the business has responded back to my documents stating that they forgot to mention to me that my package was going to be shipped priority to begin with and now offering me free over night shipping on my next orderAre you kidding me or you are trying to insult my intelligence? What next order? You have satisfy a customer in order for the customer to continue doing business with youHow about the original discount you offered me over the phone when I first call about my problem? I'm sure over night shipping has some cost for the company as wellHow about you add these offers together and credit me back on my first order to close this case in satisfactory so I would consider giving my business to you again in futureI am beyond disappointment at this point and I hope the company decides to turn the wheel around instead of blaming me for their mishandling of my order

1) They have given me different reasons as to why this shipment was delayed, and this is just another. 2) They have already promised me the shipment went out and that they had upgraded me to next day airThat was earlier this week and I still haven't seen anythingI will believe it when I see it. 3) This doesn't solve the many problems they have with customer serviceThey don't respond to emails sent directly to the company(The only reason I've gotten a response is because I went through you and PayPal.) Their numbers sometimes do not workAnd when I did finally get through, I was left on hold for over an hourI appreciate their response, but I believe there are for more issues with company than just this one time with the manufacturer.

Hi, The order was placed over a holiday weekend and heavy season thus the extra delay; the item is available with its manufacturer where we order them from and instead of taking 1-days to receive it took days; its coming in tomorrow and can ship tomorrow.The extra charge was for the UPS shipping
the customer requested to upgrade to via phone with Jessica; we can upgrade further to an overnight so its guaranteed for a one day delivery.Sincerely,Susan F
