While yes my order was received, I believe that the frames are fakeI was not aware of this fact until I received the order yesterdayI contacted the company first thing this morning. Please see attached, screenshot from the companies website on my exact frames stating "ALL ray ban frames come with authenticity papers" which mine did notThey are also not frame despite being stamped I was told by the customer service representative "***" *** replied Jul *, 11:07am ** ***

As of today, 2-*-15, we have not received the shipment According to our post master, who has been assisting us throughout this whole process, they checked the location of the shipment and it hadn't left the ***/*** *** area yetMy husband again made several calls to Ezcontacts today and left messages with no call backs; finally late this afternoon, he got a hold of someone and they now indicated they would be shipping it overnight via *** first thing tomorrow Once again, until we receive the glasses we won't be satisfied If they indeed are not here this week, we want a full refund. *** *** **

I ordered my sunglasses on 12/*Six days later, they still had not shipped, despite the ezcontacts.com website saying that orders ship same or next business dayI was in touch with customer service several times, and was assured that the glasses would arrive in time for my upcoming vacation on 12/**I was told that the sunglassess had arrived at the warehouse, would be shipping on 12/**, and would arrive by 12/**They did not ship until 12/**, and were not projected to arrive until 12/**, several days after I would have already left townWhen I called customer service to inquire, they basically said that they had no idea what had happened with my order, and that they could or would do nothing to help me get my sunglasses on timeI would highly urge people to avoid this store

We Received the return back and refunded less a restocking fee for the custom lenses; As a courtesy we will apply a second refund today for the restocking fee and the order will be closed; fully refunded
