The MANY times I have called to obtain such certificates of authenticity, I've been hung up on, I've been lied to, and I've been placed on endless holds only to have no one ever come back on the line when I bring up the fact that they are unable to provide me with anything so I may register my lenses with Crizal again? I've spoken to the Crizal company who states that no one is able to produce Crizal lenses OUTSIDE OF A Crizal labI want a refund for the fake lenses

r My issue is not resolved due to the fact I was charged twice lI received one Box of contacts which were the incorrect prescription .When I called to let them know that Box that they sent me was incorrect they told me because I had opened the Box it could not be returned but not to worry about it since it was their error .I asked him for a refund and notice that they had charged me twice they are offering to refund me Terroni one of the charges I was charged on day and the 2nd day I am requesting a refund for both
