I ordered contact lenses on 1-17-19. Still haven't received a shipping notification and it's 1-30-19. I tried calling several times only to be placed in queue for over 60 mins and disconnected. I am unable to reach an actual person after calling and being on hold for excessive periods of time. I would like my money back or my order fulfilled quickly!

We very much apologize for the troubles you experienced on this orderThere was a slight delay in receiving stock for this model and then our lab was trying to verify the PD. It is now out for delivery for today under tracking

I have now had the same experience with this online retailer twice
I ordered an item that was indicated as being availableI subsequently received an email that the item was on backorder and delayed by a month but that "Your card will only be charged at the time of shipment." As of this morning this item already appeared as a pending charge (for $200) on my credit card

As of yesterday, December ***, I have finally received both pair of ordered glassesThe first pair that shipped 11/** was sent out WITHOUT AN ADDRESSThe shipping label only contained a name, city, and state After filing a case with the post office, filing this complaint and calling this company back to try to locate the package, the postal service was able to locate and deliver the package through no help of this companyThey were not delivered on the ***I will gladly provide the claim number with the post office if neededThe second pair of glasses mentioned in their response was received via overnight mail through *** only after I demanded action on their partOriginally I was told the item would be received on the ***I was then told the item would be shipped the *** when I called to check the statusIt was then that I demanded a refund if I could not received the glasses in hoursMiraculously they were finished in production and shipped right out.

I have attached a copy of the business shipping and handling policy which clearly states that all orderes placed in before 2:PM are processed the same day so my order should have been processed on the ***It also states "When ordering prescription lenses with your Eyeglasses or Sunglasses, allow - business days for your custom lenses to be made by our optical lab." In my case I had only ordered a pair of sunglasses and it did not involve any prescription(Please see attached file) The business is also claiming that the shipping method selected at check out clearly stated 3-business day but if you take a look at attached file you can clearly see that the shipping method used by EzContacts clearly says "Priority Mail 2-Day" on the boxI believe the business is simply looking for basic excuses not to satisfy the customer in any possible wayThey have failed to reach out to me outside of the Revdex.com investigation and this has frustrated me more as a consumerPlease see attached files and compare them with the business reply.Sincerely, ** ***
