As before, Facebook has the option of providing me with personal assistance to create new ad accounts and guidance as to what they would deem acceptable

Thanks for respondingThe link to our page was https://www.facebook.com/ZManFishingProducts, but now that link shows that the page has been removedThe name of our company is 'Z-Man Fishing Products,' and you should be able to easily locate the pageControl of the page was restored to the correct admins, the hackers were removed, and spam posts were deletedHowever, the above link still does not workWe can access the page as admins now, and URL currently displayed on my browser for the page is https://www.facebook.com/knowledge02?ref=hlHowever, I would like the first link posted above restored as a number of our customers have it bookmarked, and we are still getting complaints about people not being able to find or access our pageThe most significant issue here is that it took approximately hours for access to our page to be restored, and in the process, we lost a number of followers and were blocked by many more as a result of the spammy postsI submitted multiple requests to be contacted directly by Facebook for support on this issue, but other than your response, I have received NO personal response addressing the situation, and the only e-mails from Facebook I have received are standard form responses that have not been helpful, nor have they addressed the situation or concerns directlyWe are a paying advertiser with Facebook and rely on Facebook as a marketing tool and as a means of communicating with our customer baseI am surprised and disappointed at the lack of response to address the situationA company like Facebook should have better support tools (i.e., telephone, e-mail, live chat) for company's whose reputations depend on what is posted on their Facebook pagesI appreciate that Facebook finally took action and restored control of our page to the correct admins, but the situation above has still not be remedied, and I am still very disappointed in the lack of communication and support on Facebook's behalfJudging from the number of similar issues and complaints I found around by searching the web and the number of unaddressed pleas for help and unanswered queries from others in similar situations on Facebook's own 'Help' forums, this appears to be a common issue where Facebook can and should be doing a better job of supporting businesses whose pages have been compromised by hackers!
