Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/05/21) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept the response from FacebookI reserve the right to reject any response to me from Facebook that is not congruent, nor adhere's with their stated objective of providing me the best user experience; and hence constituting fraudAll of the ads that I was running were completely factual and not misleading in any wayI was following the Facebook Guidelines exactly in all of my adsMy primary focus was to be within the guidelines and provide a quality user experience
To this end, I reached out on several occasions for assistance from the Facebook Ads teamUnfortunately there was never any responseI also completed the Facebook Ads Blueprint certification training, and yet still all of my accounts were disabled indiscriminately, and completely subjectively; not just the one's alleged to be misleadingTherefore I am still seeking monetary damages of a total refund of all advertising costs associate with my ads, and $50,for the irresponsible actions causing me monetary damages
As before, Facebook has the option of providing me with personal assistance to create new ad accounts and guidance as to what they would deem acceptable
Facebook's failure to do either will be construed as an unwillingness to provide services for which I had contracted for

I agree that the charges came from that account BUT they were fraudulent charges! I did NOT submit these ads to runPlease provide me with the data you are using to confirm I made these charges; specifically the IP and MAC addresses of the computer and network used to submit my card for paymentYour response is a generic response to all of these complaintsI want specific detailsMy account was compromised and my card was illegally usedThat's the bottom line here and Facebook should look into my explanations and logic to consider the fact that I'm a very small local service business and there's no way that I would pay to run an ad to target people and customers hundreds of miles away from me that is absolutely ridiculous and absurd it makes no sense why don't you use some common sense and take a look at this case as it's fraudulent and I would like my money back

Hi ***,
Thanks for contacting Facebook
You had multiple campaigns running over the time period that these charges occurredWhen multiple campaigns run simultaneously, the total charge will reflect the cumulative budget of all ads
running in that billing periodIn this case, your charges are from multiple ads and campaigns that ran on your account
We always allow you to choose the settings when you create your ads, including the start and end date as well as your desired daily budgetThe ads we ran were based on the settings you chose
You can review your desired ads settings by visiting your ads manager:

***,
Thanks for respondingThe link to our page was https://www.facebook.com/ZManFishingProducts, but now that link shows that the page has been removedThe name of our company is 'Z-Man Fishing Products,' and you should be able to easily locate the pageControl of the page was restored to the correct admins, the hackers were removed, and spam posts were deletedHowever, the above link still does not workWe can access the page as admins now, and URL currently displayed on my browser for the page is https://www.facebook.com/knowledge02?ref=hlHowever, I would like the first link posted above restored as a number of our customers have it bookmarked, and we are still getting complaints about people not being able to find or access our pageThe most significant issue here is that it took approximately hours for access to our page to be restored, and in the process, we lost a number of followers and were blocked by many more as a result of the spammy postsI submitted multiple requests to be contacted directly by Facebook for support on this issue, but other than your response, I have received NO personal response addressing the situation, and the only e-mails from Facebook I have received are standard form responses that have not been helpful, nor have they addressed the situation or concerns directlyWe are a paying advertiser with Facebook and rely on Facebook as a marketing tool and as a means of communicating with our customer baseI am surprised and disappointed at the lack of response to address the situationA company like Facebook should have better support tools (i.e., telephone, e-mail, live chat) for company's whose reputations depend on what is posted on their Facebook pagesI appreciate that Facebook finally took action and restored control of our page to the correct admins, but the situation above has still not be remedied, and I am still very disappointed in the lack of communication and support on Facebook's behalfJudging from the number of similar issues and complaints I found around by searching the web and the number of unaddressed pleas for help and unanswered queries from others in similar situations on Facebook's own 'Help' forums, this appears to be a common issue where Facebook can and should be doing a better job of supporting businesses whose pages have been compromised by hackers!
Thank you for your attention to this matter

I did not see a "Payments Support Contact Form"Communication from Facebook always direct / refer me to help or contact optionsWill I get charged according to the amount in my billing threshold as it states? Or is the information in my ad account irrelevant? This is my questionThank you
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/04/16) */
Hi ***,
Thanks for contacting the Revdex.com
I apologize for any confusion on your billing schedulePlease let me clarify for youYou'll be charged for your ads each time you reach a certain billing threshold, as well as at the end of the month for any leftover balance you have
The first billing threshold is $25, and will rise with each successful charge to $50, $250, $and $
You can always check your current billing threshold in the Billing section of your ads manager:
https://www.facebook.com/ads/manage/billing.php?act=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
As far as our records show, your threshold took effect during the month of November Your threshold has been rising with successful payments at each level
I've checked your ad account and it is being charged correctly for your ad chargesPlease let me know if you have any other questions
Thanks,
***
