Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2014/09/10) */ Hi [redacted] , We enforce the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities when we encounter violations on the site or receive reports of violations. If accounts like this currently exist on the site, it is only because they have not... yet been reported and removed. For more information on how to report content on Facebook, please refer to the Help Center: https://www.facebook.com/help Thanks, [redacted] The Facebook Team Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2014/09/12) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) No, I do not accept this response. SEVERAL people have reported the accounts I have reported. This person ALWAYS gets INNOCENT people banned because FACEBOOK DISCRIMINATES against Honest people. This person SEVERAL times THREATENED BODILY INJURY. Are they telling me that Threatening Bodily injury does NOT violate terms of service? Maybe I should have EVERYONE that filed a violation report FILE A COMPLAINT HERE? Would Face book LIKE THIS? Perhaps Facebook would like us to mail SCREENSHOTS of their REFUSAL to uphold their own rules, BUT will BAN people for Warning others of PREDATORS to the B.B.B.? I will be VERY happy to have EVERYONE that submitted a report of this person file a complaint RIGHT HERE. I WANT Facebook to COMPLY NOW, and REMOVE the Communities listed. I thank you for PROMPT ACTION. Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2014/09/18) */ Hi [redacted] , Thanks for your message. It looks like you're blocked from using certain Facebook features. We have limits in place to prevent behavior that other people on Facebook may find disruptive or abusive. Please be patient while you wait for this block to be lifted. Remember: - Most blocks are temporary - We can't lift the block early - Once you're allowed to use this feature again, you may need to slow down or stop this behavior so you don't get blocked again To learn more about Facebook's policies, please review the Facebook Community Standards: https://www.facebook.com/communitystandards Thanks, [redacted] The Facebook Team

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2014/11/18) */ Hi ***, We enforce the Statement of Rights and Responsibilities as we encounter violations on the site, or receive reports of violationsIf you've seen other accounts that violate the Facebook Terms, it is only because they have not yet been reviewed Additionally, if reported content doesn't violate our Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, we will not send a warning, delete the content, or disable the accountIf there is a violation, we take action on the content or account Unfortunately, we will not reactivate your account for any reason For more information about our policies, please read the Facebook Community Standards: https://www.facebook.com/communitystandards/ Thanks, [redacted] Community Operations Facebook Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2014/11/20) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I Do Not Accept this because it is not a clear Answer to Why I was Banned/Kicked off Facebook that I was looking for and [redacted] say that The Facebook Team will not Reactivate my Account for any reason, Ok I did see pages that violate Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities but I was raised to Mind My Own bussiness and and leave other people's stuff alone so I did not report it Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2014/11/26) */ Hi ***, Unfortunately, we cannot provide any additional information about why your account was disabled For more information on Facebook's policies, please visit the Help Center: https://www.facebook.com/help Thanks, [redacted] The Facebook Team Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 11, 2014/11/27) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I do not accept this Proposed Resolution because The Facebook Team will not Reinstate my Personal Facebook Account: http://www.facebook.com/***.J[redacted] and will not let me know why my Personal Facebook Account was Disabled and have not yet let me know if I can make a New Personal Facebook Account or notI Lost all my Photos cause most likely The Facebook Team Deleted them and I can't get the money back that I paid for the Games: SimCity Social, Bejeweled Blitz on FacebookWhen an Account is Disabled you should at least send a Link to the Persons E-Mail that contains all their Data, Photos, Videos, Contacts

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/08/25) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The FB app uninstalling directly caused my phone to cease working in any capacityI took the phone to the Microsoft StoreThey were unable to reboot the phone also, and received the same "storage settings changed or damaged" message when attempting to get phone to startThe Microsoft technician agreed that since the Facebook App was preinstalled with the HTC phone, that given the error message and timing of the phone breaking immediately upon uninstalling the FB app, that the FB app was so embedded in the phones storage, that its uninstalling caused phone to breakFacebook needs to reimburse me for cost of phone

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2014/09/06) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Facebook's response is consistent with their arrogant culture
The problem is not with the phone, the problem is that the Facebook App, which was so embedded in the phones storage system, caused the phone to break upon uninstalling the FB AppThe Facebook phone apps are designed to gather all user data (all images, contacts, usage) on the phone's storage systemIt is Facebook's deep embeddeness into the phones storage necessary to gather all this private data that caused the phone to break upon its uninstallationIt is the likely explanation for the phone now gives a "storage settings changed or broken" error messageFacebook is more concerned about gather data on users, than they are about the userFacebook chooses to ignore the Microsoft Store technician who concluded that it was likely the uninstallation of the FB App caused the phone to breakFacebook should pay me $for having to buy a new phone

Hi ***,
Thank you for reaching out to Facebook and reporting thisThis problem has been resolvedYou should no longer receive emails regarding this accountAdditionally, if you'd like to sign up for an account or add this email address
to your existing Facebook account, you should now be able to
If you have received an address confirmation email from Facebook in error, it is likely that someone either mistakenly attempted to add your email address to an account or incorrectly tried to create a new account using your email addressAs long as you do not click the confirmation link contained in the notification email, no action will be taken, and your email address will remain secure
While anyone can request that an address be associated with an account, only the person with access to the address can confirm this changeIf you have any additional security concerns, please let us know and we will take further steps to assist you

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/01/19) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Thank you, ***, for your responsePlease understand that a large part of my complaint is that I had to go to the Revdex.com in order to be able to communicate with a human Facebook representativeThis isn't okay
Hopefully, then, you can understand what the Facebook automated system couldn't - that I never clicked a confirmation email, of which I am 100% certain, because said email would have been in Spanish
So it is 100% certain that the person who established the Facebook account either hacked my email, or hacked the Facebook systemYou'll probably want to assume that they hacked my email, but there is no indication that this happenedI use this email address all the time, and there's never been a lapse in its proper operationI suppose it's conceivable that someone obtained my password, and used my account to establish his Facebook account, and immediately deleted the confirmation email before I could see itIt's also possible that a hacker found a way to circumvent the Facebook registration systemI wouldn't discount the possibility, because this exact same thing also happened on my Gmail account
With the Facebook account fraudulently using my Gmail account, I was able to correct the problem simply by changing the password ** the Facebook accountWith the Facebook account we're dealing with here, this was impossible, because Facebook was asking for the user's birthdate in order to change the passwordI then spent hours futilely trying to find a way around this roadblock - the eventual solution entailing a complaint with the Revdex.com
You need to modify your system so that others don't have to go through this headacheAnd yes, Facebook's policy of providing ZERO human support should be illegalYour machine is not perfect: Facebook has been sending me huge quantities of spam for the last year or two, and there's been no easy way to stop it
Thanks again for your attention,
***

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
In my last two emails I've described in exacting detail why your responses are irrelevant to this problemI can only conclude that you are either a robot, or a person who can't read English very wellIt appears that you are pasting in scripts that you guess might apply
In other words, Facebook is so focused on their profits that they don't even take a Revdex.com complaint seriously enough to warrant a competent human response
I can't see any point in restating what I've already stated so clearlyIt's entirely possible that this entire problem is caused not by a breach of my email, but by a breach of the Facebook registration systemIt appears that you wouldn't care enough to discover such a breach if it existedSo what if millions of people are subjected to unwanted spam from fraudulent Facebook accounts? If it doesn't cost you money, why would you care?

This was only a general response from a Facebook admin about my account now being restored, this has no indication that they have taken the time to read my complaint, look at how their computer systems, policies or staff discriminate against persons with not typical namesI absolutely want Facebook to not only look into these discriminatory practices but to provide an actual correspondence (not a canned reply) to me about what they are working on doing internally to help ELIMINATE the issue of name-flagging based on improper, descriminating screening systems within their company!
