A standard form letter reply especially saying sorry does not even come come close to address my complaint as it doesn't mentioned:
Why I and many other Facebook users get no reply from support, even those Facebook claim they are here to help
Why I and many others didn't get a confirmation email for me times and it didn't mentioned well this be fixed not only for me but many other Facebook users
It didn't mentioned what pending email address has been confirmed and it is impossible to get help from support
Clicking on https://www.facebook.com/help starts the problems all over again especially where Facebook users get no help from Facebook support
And why should users get help from Revdex.com and not Facebook own support?

Once again it is a standard form letter reply doesn't not help in fact Facebook has provided the same link that I have already filled out and still after a number of times didn't receive a confirmation email and where a number of times I and many users didn't get help from Facebook support directly https://www.facebook.com/help/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and then https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
So if Facebook really wants to help their users without them going to Revdex.com don't send out standard form response that contain the same links that users have already tried many times and when users ask for help for support, actually get support to response as keeping quiet doesn't help

what if I was to change my account details to comply with your termsi have told facebook on several occasions that I was unable to use my real name due to whatever program u use to check if an identity is because at time I created my account they thought it was for some reason so the name shin chan I used was my alternate name which iv used as a name that is actually used on official bills I receive so truthfully it is my alias and could be considered my real namei can provide proof shin chan does appear on one or more of my utility bills upon request

Is the side bar populated by osmosis? I have 2100+ friendsWhy can you not permanently replace the one friend that I don't want to see with one of my other 2100+ friends if a human being is even remotely involved in populating the side bar? Why should I have to turn my chat on and off when you control who I see in the side bar in the first place? Contrary to what Violate has said, I don't think that you populating my side bar and then telling me to turn my chat off for this person is giving me control over thisWhy not just follow suit in your control over the side bar and remove the friend in question permanently?

This IS a fraud charge, ordered because of Facebook's fraudulent, deceptive and misleading advertising practicesA complaint has been filed with the FTC as wellAgain, having gotten them to admit they CANNOT 'estimate' the results of their ads, they have no business telling buyers that their purchases will garner an estimated '6-2' likes per $purchase etc- they should either say 'an estimated ZERO-likes per $purchase...or just tell the truth: "WE CANNOT PROVIDE AN ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF LIKES PER AD PURCHASE." Heaven knows how many millions of dollars they've gotten from the public with this deceptive and misleading advertisingThank you in advance for your assistance

The profile of Ariel *** *** still has the same name so I cannot confirm that anything at all has been done about thisI will need to file another complaint also as there are at least a dozen other accounts I have reported, multiple times, with blatantly obvious fake names and nothing is being doneThey have completely fake names, names that have fake parts, and names belonging to multiple individualsAnd as with almost every account I have reported, nothing is being doneFacebook continues to choose not to enforce their own rules, or they simply do not actually review the reports
