Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/12/18) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I accept this response for myself and greatly appreciate your time, [redacted], however, many of my friends and acquaintances have also experienced these uncontrolled blanket bans, some experiencing 30 day blanket bans for more appropriate posts than those made by myself. Is there a way these friends from this closed group can get unbanned as well? I've tried contacting Facebook via phone to discuss the matter, but found that you guys have a phone number, to tell people you don't offer phone support. This made me laugh.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Well how about a real response? For one, I have not violated any of facebooks terms. This proves you aren't looking into this manner. Should I be seeking legal council, because it appears you aren't actually looking into the issue, but trusting your auto system. A class action lawsuit is not out of the question here, so I suggest you get your heads out of your assed. Being an [redacted] it not a violation of Facebook policy, or the law.

Hi,Thanks for reaching out to Facebook through the Revdex.com. We've reviewed your report and it looks like this is no longer an issue. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  look, this is the last [redacted]e I'm playing these silly games with Facebook.  Your help center does not address my issue and you know this fact just as I do.  How difficult is it to simply explain to me what I need to accomplish or change so that I can advertise my the offering of firearm safety and training classes?  I repeatedly see advertisements on FB for AR-15 upper receivers and ads for the same type of training classes yet we are consistently [redacted] against.  Therefore, please contact me at [redacted] so that I can make the appropriate changes to our business page so that we can use the sponsored post service. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: thanks!  Standing by to speak to someone directly.  I only intend to use FB Advertisements within the TOS to grow my business.  I'm rejecting the Revdex.com complaint to keep the status open so that this can be resolved through actual direct dialogue.Sincerely,[redacted]

Facebook email address and name:[redacted]@gmail.com[redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Sincerely, [redacted]
Please do not take long.  I have sent you all the information you need to activate my account.  This should not have ever happened.

Hi [redacted],A member of our team accidentally removed something you posted on Facebook. This was a mistake, and we sincerely apologize for this error. We've since restored the content, and you should now be able to see it.Thanks,The Facebook Team

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: this is a meterially False claim in its entirety.  I have proof of FB containing and publishing a group page, even after it has been reported.  My evidence shows that FB allows hardcore pornography as it does not violate its community standards, while I am unable to receive a straight answer from FB about what I need to change in order to advertise.  I am not afraid to use these screenshots and file a lawsuit seeking relief from your inexcusable enforcement of standard.
this is my last rejection of your poor responses and unwillingness to work with me.  I take a very dim view at your attempts to undermine or circumvent my simple request.  The next action on my part will be a lawsuit--make no mistake, and I have the evidence in my possession that will ensure my eventual victory for my claim.
please contact me via [redacted] and explain to me what I need to accomplish to boost posts and advertise on Facebook so that I remain within the "community standards" and have my ads approved.  Seriously...look at the attached images.  Are you seriously going to take the approach that the image on the URL of my attached post is in violation of "community standards" while hardcore pornography is not?  Come on...stop playing games and work with me before this turns into a lawsuit that affects your stakeholder interests.
Sincerely,[redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that they fixed my ability to see all the posts on my Page.  The links provided had nothing to do with the problem or solution; someone at FB fixed my Page.  Thanks. Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted],
Thank you for sending your complaint to us. It looks like you have regained access to your account and are no longer blocked. Can you please confirm that this is true? If not, we will continue investigating the issue. Thank you.

Thank you for working on my complaint and...

willingness to be a third party negotiator. I'm not getting any response from Facebook. A person named [redacted] briefly mentioned about solving the problem that precipitated my complaint. The problem has not been solved as promised. I'm getting a constant stream of ads from drug treatment centers and other ads pertaining to addiction. These ads are coarse. I never liked or followed any newsgroup. I don't have an addiction problem. These ads are very offensive. The blogs in these ads feature chats where people discuss their experiences with Heroin Cocaine and Sexual Addictions. I block one then Facebook sends me another. If I don't block them my news feed would get filled with this spam. I filed several police reports. I sent many letters to Facebook including a registered letter asking them to stop sending me these ads. They never responded. I'm still getting these ads. I filed a complaint with the [redacted]. I complained to the advertisers but they told me Facebook determines who these send these ads to and didn't accept responsibility. [redacted] never contacted me nor gave me his full name and contact information. It is impossible to solve a problem if they are not willing to discuss it or find a solution. These ads are extremely offensive too me. I don't know why I'm getting them. I get a variety of ads from different groups and interests. I see these ads once then they are gone. Perhaps there is a bug in the computer. Perhaps some person unknown to me is sending me these suggested ads. My complaint is Facebook is not responding to any of my requests. By default I consider it harassment. These types of ads should not be on Facebook. Perhaps they are being sent to young people. Continuously sending unwanted ads to an opposing lifestyle political group or religious group is harassment. [redacted] made a promise. He has to follow through. Sent from my T-Mobile 4G Android device

I am rejecting this response because:Once again, there were two FACEBOOK accounts [redacted] and [redacted] (both have been blocked) because I need to provide the IDs of the former businesss owner. I couldn't even asked you to revew your content reject that was simply based on a complaint and not valid, since I can't connect anymore. If you review carefully the exchange with your helpdesk, you will see that you never answered any of the mails I sent you, except in a robotic way "please provide the ID"... You tell me once again to contact the helpdesk but how? Since without the former businesss owner ID , it is not possible... Please provide me with a real person and a contact to send you all the legal documents! Thanks.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: although I finally appreciate a real response, the truth is that I was merging my page [redacted] and [redacted] because they were one in the same! That is, I use the name [redacted]

on stage, as do my fellow band mates. We play in the band The Devil's Bru. I hope you can understand my situation a little better enough to help me get our [redacted] page back. We had shows booked on this page. I really hope somebody out there has enough heart to understand the passion we have to keep our music alive. Nonetheless, both my bass player and I have discontinued our services with facebook until this is misunderstanding is resolved. Thank you for your time and consideration. Have a good weekend.Sincerely,[redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/03/06) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I was grateful Facebook restored the page to me, and that is part of the issue, however they did not restore my url address to the original page. It is https://www.facebook.com/[redacted] the [redacted]
All of my google contacts, pictures etc have this url address and I must have it back for my work with Etsy and in my work.Right now on Google, all photos etc. show a broken link.
Facebook will not allow a change of the url address because my account had over 50,000 fans so you are only allowed to change it once. The hackers changed it and now I can not. This requires their intervention.
I tried to merge the pages - I now have two with the same name but until the url is changed back, I can do nothing. I do not want a url that the hacker used. Right now it is what the hacker named it https://www.facebook.com/beatifulvinescat?ref=hl that is not [redacted] the [redacted] even though the page has that name.
The Facebook help center runs you are around in circles and despite numerous reports I submitted to them, they did not do anything.
There is no way for me to change the url myself without their intervention.
I need to merge both of my pages into one with the original page name https://www.facebook.com/[redacted] the [redacted] so that the links on google will go to the correct place. Right now it shows they are broken.
I was also told that the page had a virus/malware. I would like assurance that they have removed that.
I see the thief's page [redacted] which may or may not be stolen, is still up and running and the thief is creating new pages all the time names with [redacted] in them. I have the name of the two hackers from my page as their names were still on posts when the page was returned to me. I would think FB would need this information to prosecute as they tried to get money from a friend of mine.
In short, I want my original url as I said and to assured the page that was hacked is virus/malware safe.
Thank you.

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2015/03/17) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
While Facebook returned the page to me there was no confirmation that it is now virus/malware safe. It was returned with the hacks names and posts so I am thinking it was not cleaned up.
The page name was changed but not to what I had requested SylvestertheTuxedoCat which contains upper and lower case letters. It can not have letters at the end or numbers.
It does not link to former photos etc on Google. It linked to only one page I could see.
I can not use hashtags # on either of my [redacted] the [redacted] pages now (there are two until I can merge them). They worked before the hacking and I need them back.
Thank you.
