So, I don't understand why I need to go to the links since access to my personal and company profile are being denied on a company device. Downloading and/or purchasing ANYTHING that is not permitted. 
Please fix this issue ASAP. Your error message stated something was wrong with my device and that I needed to use/purchase YOUR software to fix it. Had it been a more generic message about the same issue, I would have not contacted Facebook support (whom I've not heard from), I would have sought support from my IT department.
So, I'm being denied access, on this device, on your end, not on mine.
All OTHER devices on which I access Facebook are fine.

exactly the same message last time, it's a copy paste...
Same person, Eliot, that never, ever, sent me an email nor fixed the issue in the last 3 months.
Can I get at least a direct confirmation email from Facebook, that would gave me a contact I can email back in case they "accidentally" forget to adress my issue?
I can understand that the Revdex.com is receiving a lot of complaints directed to them, but this is a really serious inquiry that I can't solve myself, the best would be to have a phone contact with them

this doesnt help me I no longer have access to the account in questioned so I cant secure it I need help getting back into my account someone stole it and changed all my info they changed my email, password, name, everything...ive tried everything to get back on but was unsuccessful I first emailed facebook years ago when this first happen and was told to upload my state I.D. which I did and no one responded back to me after that I been email facebook for years with no response back ive also tried clicking forgot password but the person is using an email I dont have access to ive tried clicking I dont have access to that email but it tells me to try to get access to the email please help I want my account back

PLEASE READ FULLY!!
Your not reading what im writing, im not writing just ro write im writing in full detail of what happen and all you are doing is just seeing the word hacked and giving me a link to secure my accoint which is useless to me because I cannot access the account I CANNOT SIGN INTO THE ACCOUNT because it was STOLEN from me someone CHANGED ALL MY INFORMATION so I cannot go onto the account to secure it I tried forgot password and did not help

I have been demanding over and over again that I be provided with whomever filed the complaint and why posting my own text and pictures constitutes this type of violation.  I listed a soccer jersey for sale on a site devoted to jersey sales.  There was NO violation, but your company refuses to respond with any detailed findings from an investigation inot the matter.  Sincerely,[redacted]

I do not accept their proposed resolution because they refuse to acknowledge the fact that my information was used fraudulently and that I did not enter my visa card number, nor did I participate in any ad purchasing. I've explained this to them time and again and receive the same automated responses from them. I did however receive a screenshot from a support representative. All I am asking for is to have my hard earned money refunded to me as I have not agreed to allow Facebook to deduct it from my bank account or my debit card.
