I have been trying to cancel my vehicle on a policy since Sept 23rd I emailed them multiple times and they stated they never received it
The policy # GXXXXXXXXXXX needed Nissan Sentra removedI had to call them multiple times and deal with their horrible customer serviceNobody bothered to help everyone just kept giving the run around or just call back in another hourFinally I faxed the document only to be told it will take about hours for your cancellation to take effect therefore you will still need to make the full payment for this policyThe cancellation was initially sent on 09/22/16, 09/23/16, 10/19/and again today 10/21/The cancellation document was signed 09/22/Therefore the policy should have no longer had the Nissan Sentra as of 09/22/Still they charged me the full amount two months for a vehicle that is no longer mine

Looking at other people's complaints, I ***'t understand why Foremost/Farmer's get an A+ rating from the Revdex.com
I have also asked AARP's member *** to help, since they promote Foremost/Farmer's Insurance The last response I got from them was that they would contact me when they heard from Foremost/Farmer's That was Oct 11th, It also took many, many phone calls to even get that response from AARP
