This company is a fraud, I purchased ride share insurance on my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and was told multiple times while signing up my vehicle was covered through this insurance for everything, well I had an accident and now they say because I had a passenger ** the vehicle I am not covered, Do Not Do business with these liars and fraudsA pure and simple bunch of thieves!!!!!!!

I was hit by an insured driver through Farmers and it was deemed the driver was 100% liableIt was an incredibly slow claim process, resulting in quite a bit of time of missed workOnce in repair, Farmers denied a repair to the car that was damaged in the accidentThey also didn't replace car seats that were in my car at the time of the collision, so I am left with potentially unsafe carseats and a car that is still damagedI *** stay far away from this insurance carrier and I hope that others continue to seek other, better options as well

I have BMW's covered with "storage insurance"...one vehicle was parked in my yard and a motorist drives into my yard and crashes into my vehicle (hit and run)..Farmers says they don't cover that..PATHETIC..If you have Farmers and or are considering them, DO NOT! This is the WORST company ever!!! Do NOT do business with them!!! The tenants call me after hurricane Matthews damage to the roof, water are coming in three different location The adjuster went out and asset the damage He stated that it was from ware and tare, not the stormI never received any complaints before until the incident with the storm He sent a check totaling $113.77, not enough to cover the single that he found blown off

So I called my local agent and they sent a preferred contractor for an estimate so I met them and he did not take any measurements or anything and said " I will have a estimate for you the middle of next week"- yep that date went byBasically they undercut the price so much to repair it I cannot find anyone to do the repairsHorrible and the adjuster will not even call me back to respond to an estimate I sent in- they told me he has been out of town on a business trip- yeah that helps me with my house ripped apart and an unusable bathroomFarmers does not care and passes the buck
