On June 8, 2016, I requested an adjuster from Farmers to determine damages on my roof based on problems I witnessed in the household; whereupon, he concluded that no damages could be detected
To follow through with a secondary opinion, All State Insurance would not accept a new policy due to their determination of damageIn writing on June 21, 2016, it was stated that a new policy could not be secured due to the following statement: " The roof of your dwelling is damaged, has impact marks."

Mr*** made a mistake when quoting us for Liability Insurance by using the wrong payroll numbers to figure our pricing We can show he had the correct payroll numbers because he produced two proposals for us (a quote for our Workmen's Comp Insurance) The proposal for Liability Insurance did not indicate anything which would lead us to believe we were misquoted, and the Workmen's Comp Proposal while it did not show the numbers he had been given they would have worked for us as two of our franchisees were getting their own insurance the year in question
This mistake is going to cost our company over $30,and we would not have chosen his company as we had three proposals all of which were less expensive and we have since found insurance for roughly the amount he quoted us at the time
