Farmers insurance denied a homeowner claim I filed for damage caused by a leaking water heater The leak on the water heater could not be seen
Buyer Beware! I have home owners insurance with Farmers and I had a hot water leak that COULD NOT BE SEEN and it causes a considerable amount of damage to the walls in my home and garage The problem was discovered when water puddles were found on the garage floor I had a plumber do maintenance on this water heater in the last six months and all was good From everyone that I interacted with at Farmers all I received was them repeating the verbiage of their policy stating they do not cover a leaking water heater I understand the policy and I'm sure it is the same with other insurance carriersMy issue with Farmers is they can't tell me what I could have done differently since this leak was underneath the water heater and COULD NOT BE SEEN The adjuster actual said "it's not your fault, it's just one of those things." My expectation

Terrible terrible twice road side assistance has left me for over two hours they have towing companies cancel and ***'t tell youThis time it is hours and still waiting I am right off of Iand route probably towing companies nearbydegrees out beautiful weatherThe worst part is that their app shows me a countdown and arriving shortly for an hour so I call and they tell me oh we had four towing companies cancelThey said minutes this timeI can't trust their times so I ***'t know if I *** ever get assistance

I had a auto ins policy# XXXXX-that was due 01/17/and they increased my rate from $to $so I called weeks prior to cancel the policy, when I called no answer so I left a msglater I received a bill for $where they took the liberty to extend my coverage without my approval! so I called again with no answer, I left a msg, no return call, so I sent an e-mail msg did not here anything back or no return e-mail, ok so I thought the problem was taken care oflater I received a collection notice, so I called the agent again *** *** and of course no answer.I have called and sent e-mail's several times, I still don't know the statusReally!I would not recommend THIS Farmers Agency to no one!Note: I have a very good credit score, and I don't need $screwing up my score

Quotes required for flooring vsbuilding repairs are not consistent Claim over a year old for major water damage to my home
